Les industries culturelles et créatives (ICC) représentent des PME hautement innovantes. Pour les régions participantes, les ICC sont un secteur stratégique qui peut jouer un rôle important dans la transition vers le pacte vert pour l'Europe et la durabilité urbaine. ChIMERA+ vise à transférer la méthodologie de ChIMERA pour la croissance des sous-secteurs régionaux des ICC favorisant le développement urbain durable.Le processus se concentre sur l'analyse sectorielle des ICC régionales, impliquant les principaux acteurs et l'analyse des pionniers. L'approche du transfert est basé sur un processus de mentorat et de renforcement des capacités, dans lequel les partenaires donneurs adaptent la méthodologie ChIMERA aux besoins des récepteurs et aident les récepteurs à mettre en œuvre le processus ChIMERA dans leurs contextes spécifiques, jusqu' a développer des plans d'action stratégiques. Les actions sont élaborées par des groupes de travail locaux composés de parties prenantes, d'utilisateurs finaux et de responsables politiques compétents des territoires récepteurs : cette approche garantit l'appropriation de la méthodologie et l'adoption de plans d'action stratégiques par les services compétents du récepteur. A' la fin du processus, les partenaires donneurs ont défini des lignes directrices pour les décideurs politiques de la zone MED afin de soutenir le secteur des ICC et son rôle dans la réalisation des objectifs du pacte vert pour l'Europe et de la durabilité urbaine.

Description (EN):

Cultural and creative industries (CCIs) represent highly innovative SMEs. For participating regions CCIs is a strategic sector and can play an important role in the transition towards the EU green deal and urban sustainability. Indeed, ChIMERA + aims at transferring the ChIMERA process and methodology for the growth of regional CCI subsectors promoting the sustainable urban development. In particular, the process focuses on regional CCI sector analysis, regional working groups involving main stakeholders and frontrunners analysis. The approach to transfer ChIMERA methodology is based on a mentoring and capacity building process, where giver partners adapt ChIMERA methodology to receivers’ needs and support receiver partners in implementing ChIMERA process till the development of strategic action plans for their specific contexts.Such actions are developed by local working groups composed by stakeholders, end-users and competent policy making levels of receiver territories: that approach ensures the ownership of the methodology and the adoption of strategic action plans by the receiver competent services. Last, at the end of transferring process giver partners outline guidelines for policy makers of MED area to support CCI sector and its role in achieving EU green deal objectives and urban sustainability.

Achievements (EN):

CCIs is a strategic sector in participating regions and can play an important role in the transition towards the EU green deal and urban sustainability. ChIMERA + transferred ChIMERA process and tools for the growth of CCIs promoting the sustainable urban development in Zaragoza, Nova Gorica and Sarajevo areas. In particular, the transferring process was focused on the following steps: 1. Analysis of the CCI sector in Zaragoza, Nova Gorica and Sarajevo carried out by receiver partners (SARGA, SERDA, MoNG) under mentoring of giver partners (RAFVG and Creative Apulia Cluster) in cooperation with local stakeholders of CCI sector; 2. Analysis of 3 frontrunners, following the methodology tested in ChIMERA: giver partners transferred the methodology and supported the other partners in both the selection of the frontrunners and the analysis, while SARGA, SERDA and MoNG carried out the analysis. This activity allowed the exchange of good practices and lessons learnt, providing useful hints for the receiver areas; 3. Implementation of a Capacity building action through 4 workshops on best practices, innovation and visions related to the role of CCIs in urban and sustainable transition. Creative Apulia Cluster organised the workshops with the support of RAFVG; SARGA,SERDA,MoNG and their main stakeholders were the direct beneficiaries. All the actors involved acquired know how based on the experiences and good practices presented and discussed during the capacity building seminars. To better know how other countries and stakeholders deals with CCIs and urban sustainability was an added value for all participating regions; 4. Outlining action plans of the receiver areas by SARGA,SERDA,MoNG with the support RAFVG that set the methodology based on ChIMERA experience and supervised the activity. Moreover, the activity involved the main stakeholders of Zaragoza, Nova Gorica and Sarajevo. Developed action plans are strategic documents to foster the role of CCIs in the transition process towards a urban sustainability and to support the development of local CCI sector and can be adopted by the competent institutions; 5. Development of guidelines for the policy makers to support CCIs and its role in the urban sustainability: the document was produced by RAFVG capitalizing ChIMERA and ChIMERA plus experiences and shared among the partnershipLast, another important result of CHIMERA+ was the establishment of transnational networks among project partners and stakeholders.
