Contribution to wider strategies and policies:

  • SeaBasinStrategyArcticOcean Contribute towards action to tackle impact from climate change and environment degradation which affect cultural and natural heritage. Support inclusive and sustainable development to benefit local communities to monitor, preserve and communicate heritage and climate change stories. Partners and target groups reside in vulnerable Arctic regions. A framework facilitates reuse and feeds back into itself to generate adaptation and expansion of use.
  • EuropeanGreenDeal DACCHE contributes to equitable green transition, local economic growth through sustainable resource use. Through highlighting the threat climate change poses to cultural landscape we provide motivation for behavioural change which accelerates transition to net zero economy. Though promoting renewable energy and shared transportation we will facilitate the move away from fossil fuels and related global warming. We will aid representing communities often underrepresented in climate adaptation.
