R-ITINERA represents the capitalization of ITINERA. The partnership will involve 5 of the 8 ITINERA partners as the planned activities do not require the specific institutional and technical skills of the other 3 partners. The common challenge concerns the strengthening of the economic competitiveness of the 5 partner regions through the promotion of tourism products, also in consideration of the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. The general objective is to capitalize on the results achieved in ITINERA, promoting the ‘ecotourism’ routes according to a dual approach: capable of supporting in the short-term the economic systems of the territories involved in the process of recovery and restarting after COVID-19, and capable of supporting their development in the medium-long term in terms of the objectives of competitiveness, sustainability and cohesion envisaged by the 2030 Agenda and the Cohesion Policy. The achievement of the objective will lead to positive changes in quantitative terms, with an increase in the tourist catchment area, and in qualitative terms, in relation to the type of ‘’new’ target groups and the processes of sustainability and cohesion. The foreseen outputs are the joint action plan for the capitalization and promotion of the routes, the economic valorisation of the territorial heritage and the actions to support the use of the routes. The direct beneficiaries are the local tourist systems, while indirectly, the project will benefit the people who use the routes. The project is innovative as it foresees the adoption of an approach based on the multilevel logic of social innovation through which partners from different countries and regions will contribute to the achievement of common results. Another innovative aspect is the identification of specific user target groups characterized by systemic and constant flows that will support the establishment of economically sustainable multi-year management plans

R-ITINERA rappresenta la capitalizzazione di ITINERA. Il partenariato coinvolgerà 5 degli 8 partner di ITINERA in quanto le attività previste non richiedono le specifiche competenze istituzionali e tecniche dei 3 partner non coinvolti. La sfida comune riguarda il potenziamento della competitività economica delle 5 regioni partner attraverso la valorizzazione di prodotti turistici, anche in considerazione degli effetti della crisi COVID- 19. L’obiettivo generale è capitalizzare i risultati raggiunti in ITINERA, valorizzando gli itinerari “ecoturistici” secondo un approccio duale: in grado di supportare nel breve periodo i sistemi economici dei territori coinvolti nel processo di ripresa e rilancio post-COVID, e di assistere il loro sviluppo nel medio-lungo termine nell’ottica degli obiettivi di competitività, sostenibilità e coesione previsti dall’Agenda 2030 e dalla Politica di Coesione. Il raggiungimento dell’obiettivo determinerà dei cambiamenti positivi in termini quantitativi, relativamente all’aumento del bacino turistico, e qualitativi, in riguardo alla tipologia dei “nuovi” target goups ed ai processi di sostenibilità e coesione. Gli outputs previsti sono il piano di azione congiunto per la capitalizzazione e valorizzazione degli itinerari, la messa a valore economico del patrimonio territoriale e le azioni per sostenere la fruizione degli itinerari. I beneficiari diretti sono i sistemi turistici territoriali, mentre quegli indiretti sono identificati nelle persone che usufruiranno degli itinerari. Il progetto è innovativo in quanto prevede l’adozione di un approccio basato sulla logica multilivello dell'innovazione sociale attraverso il quale i partner di Stati e regioni differenti concorreranno al raggiungimento di risultati comuni. Altro aspetto innovativo è l’individuazione di specifici targets di fruitori caratterizzati da flussi sistemici e costanti funzionali alla definizione di piani di gestione pluriennali economicamente sostenibili

R-ITINERA représente la capitalisation d’ITINERA. Le partenariat impliquera 5 des 8 partenaires d’ITINERA parce que les activités prévues n’exigeant pas les compétences institutionnelles et techniques des 3 partenaires non impliqués. Le défi commun consiste à renforcer la compétitivité économiquedes cinq régions partenaires par la mise en valeur de produits touristiques, compte tenu également des effets de la crise COVID- 19. L’objectif général est de capitaliser les résultats obtenus dans ITINERA en valorisant les itinéraires "écotouristiques" selon une double approche capable d'accompagner les systèmes économiques des territoires impliqués dans le processus de redressement et de redressement à court terme après COVID-19, et d’assister leur développement à moyen et long terme dans la perspective des objectifs de compétitivité, de durabilité et de cohésion de l’Agenda 2030 et de la Politique de Cohésion. La réalisation de l’objectif conduira à des changements positifs en termes quantitatifs, en ce qui concerne l’augmentation du bassin touristique, es groupes cibles et les processus de durabilité et de cohésion. Les outputs prévus sont le plan d’action joint pour la capitalisation et la valorisation des itinéraires, la mise à valeur économique du patrimoine territorial et les actions pour soutenir l’utilisation des itinéraires. Les bénéficiaires directs sont les systémes touristiques territoriaux, tandis que les bénéficiaires indirects sont identifiés par les personnes qui emprunteront les itinéraires. Le projet est innovant, car il s’agit d’adopter une approche fondée sur la logique à plusieurs niveaux dell'innocation sociale par laquelle les partenaires de différents États et régions contribueront à atteindre des résultats communs. Un autre aspect innovant est l’identification de cibles spécifiques de bénéficiaires caractérisés par des flux systémiques et constants, fonctionnels à l’établissement de plans de gestion pluriannuels économiquement durables.
