- (FR), Prato Phygital - National Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC) (FR), Prato Phygital - Italian National Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC) (EN) | Prato Phygital intends to enhance the relationship between the audiovisual sector and the Made in Italy manufacturing system by building a model of joint content production that exploits emerging technologies. The project works on the digitization of textile materials and accessories from museums and business archives . The digitized materials are then placed in a production process of audiovisual, multimedia and virtual reality content, enriched by 3D animation techniques, aimed at being distributed through high-level online training courses, with and through a technologically advanced set of prototypes, equipped with LED technologies for virtual and augmented reality in real time: the Theater in Virtual Reality & Real Time. The project will provide the research and study basis needed to develop capacities on the use of new emerging technologies (e.g. VR or AR) in planning and delivering Industrial Tourism policies and action plans.
