Description (EN):

The cooperation between the two project partners is the main objective of the project. With the help of the project, we will develop innovative and sustainable cross-border tourism products and offer services that will contribute to sustainable solutions for cross-border mobility in tourism. By implementing the project, we will contribute to the cooperation and integration of main members in the development of products and services in the cultural and creative sectors. Through the project we will: - built a PEDESTRIAN CYCLE BRIDGE OVER THE MURA RIVER / CERŠAK BRIDGE - a bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the border river Mura near Ceršak, which we would like to build as part of the international cycling connection of Ceršak and Oberschwarz, and would connect the municipalities of Šentilj (SLO) and Strass and Steiermark ( AT). The idea of building a new bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the Mura River is the result of cross-border cooperation between the two municipalities, as well as the ambitions of both municipalities to expand the existing tourist infrastructure and build new cycling routes, which led to the creation of the project, which we want to realize on the basis of international cooperation. - We will set a network of cross-border cooperation, which will contribute to the sustainability of the project, and with the help of first measures, we will encourage the local development of both cross-border areas, which will be based on efforts for innovative, sustainable and inclusive use of the potential of culture, cultural heritage and tourism, also through cultural and creative industries in border areas. - with the help of the project, we will prepare a document of the cross-border concept, which will be based on the protection and preservation of the special area of the Mura River (Natura 2000) and will be the basis for the development of tourist products, which will give special emphasis to the natural and cultural heritage to the entire area, - through the implementation of the project and its activities (workshop, tour and conferences), already established tourism products such as a sustainable cross-border thematic route (e.g. joint exhibitions on the bridge) and joint cycling and hiking in the entire region will be included and transformed, which will contribute to further development, especially from the point of view of accessibility, visibility and quality. - through the project, we will carry out education and training for tourist guides of the entire area - cross-border (both municipalities), - certainly, the construction of the bridge will also help to provide sustainable solutions for intermodal mobility within protected natural and cultural areas and for access to them, as well as providing solutions for the last part of the route. By implementing all activities in the project, we will ensure sustainable economic development based on cultural and touristic potential, which will be reflected primarily in the increasing number of tourists in both areas and the expansion and recognition of the entire local area.

Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Projektpartnern steht im Mittelpunkt des Projekts. Mit Hilfe des Projekts werden wir innovative und nachhaltige grenzübergreifende Tourismusprodukte entwickeln und Dienstleistungen anbieten, die zu nachhaltigen Lösungen für grenzüberschreitende Mobilität im Tourismus beitragen. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts werden wir zur Zusammenarbeit und Integration wichtiger Interessengruppen bei der Entwicklung von Produkten und Service-Entwicklung in der Kultur- und Kreativbranche beitragen. Durch das Projekt werden wir: - eine RAD- UND FUßGÄNGERBRÜCKE ÜBER DEN GRENZFLUSS MUR BEI CERŠAK gebauen - eine Brücke für Fußgänger und Radfahrer über den Grenzfluss Mur bei Ceršak, die wir im Rahmen der internationalen Fahrradverbindung von Ceršak und Oberschwarza bauen und damit würden wir dir Gemeinden Šentilj (SLO) und Strass und Steiermark (AT) verbinden. Die Idee, eine neue Brücke für Fußgänger und Radfahrer über die Mur zu bauen, ist das Ergebnis der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Gemeinden sowie der Ambitionen beider Gemeinden, die bestehende touristische Infrastruktur auszubauen und neue Radwege zu bauen; - eine grenzübergreifenden Kooperationsnetzwerk und Pilotmaßnahme zur Förderung der lokalen Entwicklung, basierend auf dem Streben nach innovativer, nachhaltiger und integrativer Nutzung von Kultur, kulturellem Erbe und den touristischen Potenzialen – auch mittels der Kultur- und Kreativindustrie in den Grenzregionen einrichten; - werden wir ein gemeinsames Dokument über das grenzübergreifendes Konzept erstellen, das auf dem Schutz und der Erhaltung des Sondergebiets Mura (Natura 2000) basieren wird und die Grundlage für die Entwicklung der touristischer Produkte, die auf dem Natur- und Kulturerbe des gesamten Gebiets basieren, sein wird; - Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts und seiner Aktivitäten (Workshop, Pilottour und Konferenzen) werden die bereits bestehenden Tourismusprodukte integriert und in eine nachhaltige grenzübergreifende Themenroute (z. B. gemeinsame Ausstellungen auf der Brücke) umgewandelt, das gilt auch für das gemeinsames Radfahren und Wandern in der gesamten Region, was zur Weiterentwicklung insbesondere im Hinblick auf Zugänglichkeit, Sichtbarkeit und Qualität beitragen wird; - Aus- und Fortbildungen für Mitarbeiter im Tourismus/Führer des gesamten grenzübergreifenden Gebiets (beide Gemeinden) durchführen; - sicherlich wird der Bau der Brücke auch dazu beitragen, nachhaltige intermodaler Mobilitätslösungen innerhalb von Natur- und Kulturschutzgebieten und für deren Zugang, sowie Bereitstellung von Lösungen für das letzte Stück des Weges, gewährleisten; Durch die Umsetzung aller Aktivitäten im Projekt stellen wir eine nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung auf der Grundlage kultureller und touristischer Potenziale sicher, die sich vor allem in der Zahl der Touristenankünfte in beiden Gebieten und der Ausdehnung und Anerkennung des gesamten Gebiets widerspiegeln wird.

Sodelovanje med obema projektnima partnerjema je v središču projekta. S pomočjo projekta bomo razvili inovativne in trajnostne čezmejne turistične produkte in ponudili storitve, ki bodo pripomogle k trajnostnim rešitvam za čezmejno mobilnost v turizmu. Z izvedbo projekta bomo pripomogli k sodelovanju in povezovanju ključnih deležnikov pri razvoju proizvodov in storitev v kulturnih in ustvarjalnih sektorjev. Skozi projekt bomo: - zgradili KOLESARSKO POHODNIŠKI MOST ČEZ REKO MURO / MOST CERŠAK – most za pešce in kolesarje čez mejno reko Muro pri Ceršaku, katerega bi želeli zgraditi v okviru mednarodne kolesarske povezave Ceršak in Oberschwarza, povezoval pa bi občine Šentilj (SLO) in Strass in Steiermark (AT). Ideja o gradnji novega mostu za pešce in kolesarje preko reke Mure je plod čezmejnega sodelovanje med obema občinama, ter ambicije obeh občin po širjenju obstoječe turistične infrastrukture in gradnje novih kolesarski poti, ki so privedle do nastanka projekta, katerega želimo realizirati na osnovi mednarodnega sodelovanja. - Vzpostavili mrežo čezmejnega sodelovanja, kar bo pripomoglo k trajnosti projekta, s pomočjo pilotnih ukrepov pa bo bomo spodbudili lokalen razvoj obeh čezmejnih območjih, ki bo temeljih na prizadevanjih za inovativno, trajnostno in vključujočo rabo potencialov kulture, kulturne dediščine in turizma, tudi prek kulturne in ustvarjalne industrije na obmejnih območjih. - s pomočjo projekta bomo pripravili Dokument čezmejnega koncepta, ki bo temeljil na varovanju in ohranjanju posebnega območja Reka Mura (Natura 2000) in bo podlaga za razvoj turističnih proizvodov, ki bodo temeljili in podali poseben poudarek na naravno in kulturno dediščino celotnega območja, - z izvedbo projekta in njegovih aktivnosti (delavnica, pilotna tura in konference) bodo vključeni in preoblikovani že vzpostavljeni turistični proizvodi kot so trajnostna čezmejna tematska pot (npr. skupne razstave na mostu) ter skupno kolesarjenje in pohodništvo v celotni regiji, kar bo pripomogli k nadaljnjemu razvoju predvsem z vidika dostopnosti, prepoznavnosti in kakovosti. - Skozi projekt bomo izvedli izobraževanje in usposabljanje za turistične vodike celotnega območja – čezmejno (obe občini), - zagotovo pa bo izgradnja mostu pripomogla tudi k zagotavljanju trajnostnih rešitev za intermodalno mobilnost znotraj zavarovanih naravnih in kulturnih območij in za dostop do njih ter zagotavljanje rešitev za zadnji del poti. Z izvedbo vseh aktivnosti v projektu bomo zagotovili trajnostni gospodarski razvoj, ki temelji na kulturnih in turističnih potencialih, ki se bo odražal predvsem pri številu prihodov turistov na obeh območjih in širjenju ter prepoznavnosti celotnega območja.

Actual Achievements (EN):

Both project partners have approached the implementation of the project. As a result, an initial conference was organized. A marketing plan and a joint communication plan were drawn up. During this period, we also announced a public construction contract. The Municipality of Šentilj, as a project partner, was responsible for the public procurement of construction and supervision. The public procurement for construction was carried out twice, as the offers received after the initial tender exceeded the allocated funds. The second procurement procedure was successful. Construction thus began in this second period, but payment of the costs did not occur even in this second period. Due to the construction, we also conducted the procedure for selecting the construction supervision. During this time, the Municipality of Šentilj, as the responsible partner in the project, also prepared the Training Program.

Actual Achievements (DE):

Beide Projektpartner sind die Umsetzung des Projekts angegangen. Daraufhin wurde eine erste Konferenz organisiert. Es wurden ein Marketingplan und ein gemeinsamer Kommunikationsplan erstellt. In dieser Zeit haben wir auch einen öffentlichen Bauauftrag ausgeschrieben. Die Gemeinde Šentilj war als Projektpartner im Projekt für die Vergabe des Bauauftrags und der Bauaufsicht verantwortlich. Die Vergabe des Bauauftrags wurde zweimal durchgeführt, da die eingegangenen Angebote nach der ersten Ausschreibung die verfügbaren Mittel überstiegen. Das zweite Ausschreibungsverfahren war erfolgreich. Im zweiten Zeitraum begann daher der Bau, jedoch kam es auch in diesem Zeitraum noch nicht zur Zahlung der Kosten. Aufgrund des Baus haben wir auch das Verfahren zur Auswahl der Bauaufsicht durchgeführt. In dieser Zeit hat die Gemeinde Šentilj als verantwortlicher Partner im Projekt auch das Ausbildungsprogramm erstellt.

Actual Achievements (SL):

Oba projektna partnerja sta pristopila k izvedbi projekta. Vsled tega je bila organizirana začetna konferenca. Izdelan je bil marketinški plan in skupni komunikacijski načrt. V tem obdobju smo razpisali tudi javno naročilo gradnje. Občina Šentilj je kot projektni partner v projektu bila zadolžena za oddajo javnega naročila gradnje ter nadzora. Javno naročilo gradnje je bilo izpeljano dva krat, saj so po prvotni oddaji javnega naročila prejete ponudbe presegale zagotovljena sredstva. Drugi postopek javnega naročila je bil uspešen. Tako se je v tem drugem obdobju pričela gradnja, vendar do plačila stroškov še v tem drugem obdobju ni prišlo. Zaradi gradnje smo izpeljali tudi postopek izbire nadzora gradnje. V tem času je Občina Šentilj kot zadolžen partner v projektu pripravil tudi Program usposabljanja.

DIE MURFÄHRE (DE), / (EN), BROD NA MURI (SL) | Die Murfähre ist als eines der wenigen in Betrieb befindlichen Fähren auf der Mur. die für den Transport von Touristen im grenzübergreifendem Bereich, insbesondere von Wanderern und Radfahrern, bestimmt ist. Mit dem Projekt haben wir eine funktionierende Murfähre bekommen, die jedoch keine Verbundbrücke hat und nicht an das übrige kulturelle und touristische Angebot in der Umgebung angebunden ist. Mit dem geplanten Projekt erreichen wir die Erarbeitung und Anbindung touristischer Produkte auf beiden Seiten der Mur bzw. Grenzen. Die Erarbeiteten Tourismusprodukte werden Radfahren, Wandern, Naturwerte und Kulturrouten durch ein einzigartiges grenzüberschreitendes kulturtouristisches Produkt im gesamten Antragsgebiet verbinden. (DE), Brod na Muri kot eden redkih delujočih plovil na reki Muri, je namenjen prevozu turistov na čezmejnem območju, predvsem pohodnikov in kolesarjev. S projektom smo dosegli delujoč brod na Muri, ki pa nima vključene komponetne in ni povezan z ostalo kulturno in turistično ponudbo na območju. Z načrtovanim projektom bomo dosegli nadgradnjo in povezanost turističnih produktov na obeh straneh Mure oz. meje. Nadgrajeni turistični produkti bodo povezali kolesarjenje, pohodništvo, naravne vrednote in kulturne poti skozi edinstven kulturno turistični čezmejni produkt na celotnem območju prijaviteljev. Auf diese Weise tragen wir dazu bei, die beiden Angebote grenzübergreifend zu verbinden. Das Angebot von dem Projekt »Genus sam Fluss« umfasst Anbieter, die sich hauptsächlich mit nachhaltiger Produktion befassen und nur Zutaten verwenden, die in dieser Gegend (lokale Herkunft) produziert werden. Durch die Einbindung dieser Anbieter in das kulturtouristische Produkt, das entlang neu gestalteter Themenrouten stattfindet, wird es möglich, den Aufenthalt der Touristen im grenzüberschreitenden Raum zu verlängern und auf diese Weise weniger bekannte Destinationen zu fördern. EUStrategyDanubeRegion Prispevek k Strategiji EUSDR je viden predvsem na področju kulture in turizma, saj s projektom želimo oblikovati zelene turistične produkte, ki temeljijo na kulturni dediščini in njenemu trajnostnemu vrednotenju, kar je skladno s prednostnim področjem 3: Kultura in turizem s spodbujanjem zelenih turističnih produktov in trajnostnim vrednotenjem kulturne dediščine. Strategija EU za Podonavje je osredotočena na štiri stebre, v okviru vsakega stebra pa so za konkretne ukrepe sodelovanje določena prednostna področja. Načrtovani ukrep stremi stebrom POVEZOVANJE REGIJE, VAROVANJE OKOLJA ter ZAGOTAVLJANJE BLAGINJE. S projektom želimo povezati in povečati čezmejno sodelovanje, kar bo na različnih ravneh prispevalo k izboljšanje kulture sodelovanja in pomagala razviti dialog in sodelovanje med projektnimi partnerji ter celotnega čezmejnega območja. S pomočjo izvedbe projekta se bodo razvile inovacije in pilotne ture, ki bodo pripomogle k razvoju sektorja turizma in okolja, predvsem pa bo okrepilo sodelovanje, zmogljivost in prepoznavanje čezmejnega turističnega potenciala in njenega povezovanja.
