- INTERREG IPA IT-ALB-MNE 2014-2020
- ON CLOUD NINE (EN) | ON CLOUD NINE is a successfully financed project (Interreg IPA ITA-ALB-MNE 2014-2020), which ended in 2020 that allowed the establishment of direct air connections in the Programme area. Adp was the lead partner of ON CLOUD NINE and ACAA and JSC were partners as well. On the one hand, the project has contributed generate new opportunities for socio-economic development in a short time. On the other hand, it helped to pull down barriers to the circulation of people, to strengthen economic growth and encourage cooperation in the Adriatic basin. Project’s overall objective focuses on the development of sustainable cross-border connectivity by an integrated transport model, able to increase multimodality and accessibility to airports.
- This capitalization action intends to follow the steps of ON CLOUD NINE to further develop sustainability in transport cross-border. The activities follow the objective fixed by the initial project to keep promoting these green alternatives to create a more sustainable project area. Adp will lead this capitalization action and together with ACAA and JSC (partners in the original project too) will take the knowledge from the initial project to achieve sustainable and inclusive air connectivity consisting of a set of actions for achieving the strategic goals of harmonizing framework procedures in three countries of South Adriatic Area in the field of sustainable air connection. In this sense, ON CLOUD NINE constitutes the funding stone of ON CLOUD NINE+ and will be always the guide to be followed by the three airport partners. (EN), INTERREG IPA IT-ALB-MNE 2014-2020
- SOLAR (EN) | The overall objective of the SOLAR Project (Interreg IT-ALB-MNE 2014-2020) is to develop tools for measuring the carbon footprint of the airports in Puglia, Albania and Montenegro and activate policies for carbon emission reduction in the programme area. To achieve this goal the project facilitated knowledge pooling and sharing of best practices among partners, building a joint model to reduce carbon footprint in the air transport sector at the cross-border level. The three ON CLOUD NINE+ partners have been part of the SOLAR project.
- The project partners presenting the ON CLOUD NINE+ proposal have been part of this project together with Regione Puglia and other partners from the programme area. The ON CLOUD NINE+ project will create synergies with SOLAR as both projects have a strong focus on the sustainability of transport, thanks to the partners that have already been part of the SOLAR project. Some of the workshops and conferences that will take place during the ON CLOUD NICE+ Project will approach the concepts of the carbon footprint from diverse points of view, taking into account the lessons learnt through the SOLAR project. - SAGOV (EN) | SAGOV is a project financed by the Interreg IPA IT 2014-2020 Programme, formed by a partnership of different local authorities from Adriatic territories, in the area of mobility and connectivity. In the scope of the project, specific activities for the exchange of best practices were carried out, identifying respective challenges and identifying concrete examples of integrated governance on the policy-making of strategic connectivity projects in the Adriatic region. The final aim is to provide innovative tools and procedures that may be used by all stakeholders to improve the planning, implementation and monitoring of CBC connectivity projects.
- The problem of the lack of connectivity through the project areas explored in the ON CLOUD NINE+ project will be brought furtherly, into the scope of the SAGOV project. The local authorities of the project area, and project partners of the SAGOV project, will be invited to the activities of the ON CLOUD NINE+ project. This will help to disseminate and spread the problematic of connectivity in the South Adriatic areas to reach a higher impact, having also an effect on policymaking. (EN), INTERREG IPA ADRIATIC 2007-2013
- AIR.NET (EN) | The project will use all the results and outputs already reached from the previous cooperation experiences, project and actions financed in the framework of other European Territorial Cooperation Programmes, in which PPs have participated. In fact, LP and PP3 have already worked together in AIR.NET project funded by IPA Adriatic CBC Programme 2007-2013 for the improvement of connectivity and mobility in the Adriatic area.
- Connectivity is one of the core topics of the ON CLOUD NINE+ Project, together with sustainability in transports in the areas of the programme. To achieve better connections between the areas included in the programme is the key of the project. AIR.NET will serve as inspiration for partners in the management of ON CLOUD NINE+. (EN), INTERREG IPA ADRION 2014-2020
- INTERPASS (EN) | The INTERPASS project (Intermodal Passengers Connectivity between Ports and Airports -Intermodal connectivity of passengers between ports and airports) is a project financed in the ambit of the first call of the INTERREG V-B Adriatic-Ionian program (ADRION) 2014-2020. The project has as a general objective the improvement of the intermodal connections between the ports and airports of the Adriatic-Ionian Region, in order to improve the management of the flow of passengers, especially cruise passengers and travellers, who reach tourist destinations located on the Adriatic and Ionian coasts during the high season.
- ON CLOUD NINE+ will scale up a strategy towards a more resilient and sustainable air transport service. The project will aim at spreading a new sustainable approach to air connectivity linking a wide range of solutions and stakeholders committed to reaching sustainable goals for air transport. INTERPASS project will be taken as an example of good practices and results developed for the management of ports and airport transports for the ON CLOUD NINE+ proposal. (EN), INTERRREG IV-A ITALY-CROATIA 2014-2020
- ADRIGREEN (EN) | The ADRIGREEN project “Green and Intermodal solutions for Adriatic airports and ports”- is funded by the INTERREG V-A Italy-Croatia Program 2014/2020.
- The main objective of ADRIGREEN is to favour the integration of Croatian and Italian ports and airports with other modes of transport, in order to improve travel times for passengers during the summer seasons and, at the same time, improve the environmental performance of the Adriatic maritime and air systems, whose standards result still below the European average.
- One of the main contributions to the ON CLOUD NINE+ projects will be the solutions proposed by the ADRIGREEN Project after the identification of possible solutions to reduce the environmental impact of ports and airports e to improve intermodal connections with other modes of transport that may be easily adaptable to the local contexts of the entire Adriatic area. ON CLOUD NINE+ will take the solutions proposed under the ADRIGREEN project to further develop sustainability in connectivity for the South Adriatic area. (EN), INTERRREG IV-A ITALY-CROATIA 2014-2020
- MIMOSA (EN) | The MIMOSA project (Interreg V-A IT-HR) is focused on changing a low level of cross-border connectivity by developing visible outputs, ranging from multimodal solutions to innovative and smart tools and technologies. It tackles the common challenge of increasing multimodality and reducing the impact of transport on the environment.
- ON CLOUD NINE+ will work on the harmonisation of EU rules and good practices in all territories regarding connectivity in remote areas as well as sustainability in transport. The materials developed under the MIMOSA project will help to translate the methods used in the project. Then, the ON CLOUD NINE+ project will invite the institutional project partners of MIMOSA, widening the networking in the transport and connectivity sectors. (EN)
