- Herit -Data ( Interreg Med 2018-2022) (FR), Herit -Data ( Interreg Med 2018-2022) (EN) | HERIT-DATA tested solutions based on open data & technology to improve tourism flow management. Herit-Data results, tools and data can give some interesting insights on tourism flows in the hottest times of the day in summer season, which will go to nourish the data collection and analysis in the first phase of Cool Noons
- Within HERIT-DATA for example DURA implemented a crowd management application in Dubrovnik with elements of augmented reality. The app detects the number of people in real time and presents one of the two different narratives to the visitors. In times of lower attendance at the Palace, visitors have the opportunity to see a longer version of the audio guide with elements of augmented reality, and in times of higher attendance, visitors are presented with a shorter version of the multimedia guide. This way, an attempt will be made to stimulate visitors to come to the museum outside of peak hours when they are offered a more detailed guide through the museum.
