(FR), PE4Trans Interreg Europe (EN), PE4Trans Interreg Europe (FR) | PE4Trans was about public engagement for the practical application of co-designing Action Plans with the citizens. However, the perspective of policymakers was missing, in contrast with GREENMO that includes both views (top-down AND bottom-up). In PE4Trans, Citizens Panels were formed, 1 per participating territory, and through a specific methodology for public engagement and citizens’ participation, meetings were organized to build step-by-step the regional Action Plan which was implemented during the Phase 2 of the project. Valuable experience can be extracted, and the rationale of the methodology can be taken into account when defining GREENMO’s one. A member of the LP team was involved in PE4Trans, so inside information and experience on implementing participatory workshops is valid to be transferred to the partnership. (FR), EnerNETMob Interreg Mediterranean (EN), EnerNETMob Interreg Mediterranean (FR) | EnerNETMob is ongoing and aims to draft, test and improve “Sustainable Electromobility Plans” according to common standards and low carbon policies, in order to set an “Interregional Electromobility Network” crossing cities of all the Interreg MED area. The project promotes shared mobility and land-sea intermodality using electric transport systems, by implementing interurban and interregional pilot networks of Electric Vehicles Supply Equipment (EVSE) also co-powered by Renewable Energy Sources.
- Electric mobility is a key aspect of the sustainable mobility options of a mobility hub, where the user can usually find a charging station and shared system of e-bikes, e-scooters, e-cargo vehicles. Thus, the two projects can find common studying ground to establish a synergy in order to maximize their results. In fact, one of the three pilots executed in the project, is about shared mobility which is totally aligned with the mobility hubs concept.
- LP of EnerNETMob is the Region of Peloponnese in Greece, so the contact with the also Greek LP of GREENMO will be easy and straightforward. In fact, the two organisations are already in cooperation with each other.

SUMPORT Interreg Mediterranean (EN) | About sustainable mobility in cruise destination cities and port cities which focused on how to combine them with urban mobility. The mission was to (1) mitigate the impact that cruise-related traffic has on cities and (2) increase capacities on SUMP planning, towards improving the quality of life of inhabitants and passengers. Synergy will be very useful with both projects in order to incorporate the element of tourism traffic into the mobility hubs schemes as the GREENMO PPs comprise popular touristic MED areas.
- Being also part of the Interreg Med community, these two projects follow the same logic, more or less, and target common target groups and territorial Mediterranean contexts.

(EN), MOTIVATE Interreg Mediterranean (EN), MOTIVATE Interreg Mediterranean (FR) | MOTIVATE promoted the citizens’ active engagement in the development of sustainable travel plans in MED cities with seasonal demand. Through social media and a gamification app that was developed, citizens were asked to provide their daily mobility data, evaluate the current transport services and assess the proposed ones. The lessons learned by this initiative will be useful for the GREENMO consortium. Gamification technique is a method that is considered to achieve positive results regarding citizens, however it remains demanding. The Greek partners will be contacted by LP to provide input for our project’s methodology on how to approach general public. (FR), HORIZON 2020 CIVITAS DESTINATIONS (EN), HORIZON 2020 CIVITAS DESTINATIONS (FR) | The project looked at sustainable mobility solutions in islands, tourist destinations, with PP3 being one of the partners. The project set in motion the implementation of a series of measures to raise awareness and encourage sustainable mobility in the islands. GREENMO is aligned with this and allows for transfer or knowledge and information between local partners as well as international ones. The synergy with past projects will be achieved through the community engagement across a number of stakeholders, even beyond the Associated Partners which will be part of the project consortium. Therefore, it can provide insights and lessons learned on sustainability from the project to the partnership which be a valuable contribution. One of the objectives was to contribute to the sustainable economic development of cross-border tourism in bordering regions of BiH and Montenegro. As mobility solutions drive tourist flows within the City of Ljubuški, the aforementioned project will create a strong basis for future mobility planning.
