Projekts "Parki bez robežām - plašāk" tiks īstenots Vidzemes un Latgales reģionos Latvijā kapitalizējot projekta “Parki bez robežām” sasniegtos rezultātus. Projekta mērķi tiks saglabāti iepriekšējie: 1)dabas objektu saglabāšana un ilgtspējīga izmantošana; 2)paaugstināta izpratne un zināšanas par vidi, izmantojot zaļās klases, dabas takas un pasākumus, kas tiks rīkoti projekta ietvaros ; 3) ilgtspējīgu tūrisma produktu izstrāde, veicinot dabas tūrismu programmas teritorijā ar parku festivāliem un kopēja maršruta izveidi. Galvenās aktivitātes: 1)projekta vadība; 2) mārketinga aktivitātes 3)kapacitātes paaugstināšana; 4)parku festivāli. Projekta rezultātā tiks organizēti dažādi pasākumi četros Latvijas parkos, lai popularizētu parkus, tur jau izveidoto infrastruktūru, izglītotu apmeklētājus par apkārtējo vidi un tās ilgtspēju. Tiks izveidoti 4 parku reklāmas video, lai nodrošinātu mūsdienīgu parku popularizēšanu arī nākotnē.

Description (EN):

Project "Parks without borders - wider" will be implemented in Vidzeme and Latgale regions in Latvia capitalising previously achieved results in project “Parks Without Borders”. Project objectives will remain: 1) ensuring accessability, preservation and sustainable use of nature objects by investments in infrastructure; 2) increased environmental awareness and knowledge of the general public with green classes, nature paths and events that will be created and held within the framework of the project; 3)development of sustainable tourism objects, promotion of nature tourism in the program territory with park events and creation of a park route. The main activities: 1)project management; 2)marketing acitivities; 3)capacity building; 4)park festivals. As a result of the project, several events will be organised to promote parks and previously made infrastructure, and to educate visitors about environment. Objects of natural resources-parks will be improved and developed, improving the accessability, attractiveness and sustainability of the programme area and triple the number of park visitors. 4 promo videos about parks will be made to ensure the promotions of parks in the future.

Expected Results (EN): 1) The knowledges of the visitors (48%) about sustainability and environment have increased

Expected Outputs (EN):

i1)Improve the environmental education knowledge; (Aim of initiative is to increase society`s knowledge about the environment and its sutainability, daily actions everyone can do to help to environment) i2) Increase the possibilities of using the environment for health promotion purposes. (Aim of initiative is to inform society about the ways of improving health using accessible to everyone environment. Number of persons participating in project activities: Iniciative No.1 - 240 persons, Iniciative No.2 - 80 persons P1 - 100; P2 - 120; P3 - 100.
