Implementation of a cross-border event for the networking of Austrian and Bavarian entrepreneurs with the following objectives: -Promoting technical dialogue and thematic exchange of experience between companies - Awareness of similar challenges / problems / needs and different approaches / framework conditions -Identification of potentials for cross-border cooperation and cooperation between companies The focus here is on the subject of skills shortages, focusing on the following aspects: - Employee recruitment -Education and training of employees -Long-term employee retention - Teambuilding in the company - Creating a good working atmosphere - Error culture Programme of the event: Guided tour of the Europe Reserve Unterer Inn (in cooperation with Naturium am Inn) - Keynote speech (guest speaker) in the field of "New Work" followed by a discussion of key challenges and needs of regional companies -Get Together / Networking / Exchange The cross-border event is scheduled to take place in September 2023. Umsetzung einer grenzüberschreitenden Veranstaltung zur Vernetzung von österreichischen und bayerischen Unternehmer:innen und Gründer:innen mit folgenden Zielsetzungen: -Förderung des fachlichen Dialogs und themenbezogenen Erfahrungsaustauschs zwischen den Unternehmen -Sensibilisierung für ähnliche Herausforderungen / Problemstellungen / Bedarfe und unterschiedliche Herangehensweisen / Rahmenbedingungen -Identifizierung von Potentialen für grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit und Kooperationen zwischen Unternehmen Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt bildet hierbei das Thema Fachkräftemangel, wobei vor allem folgende Aspekte beleuchtet werden sollen: - Mitarbeiterrekrutierung -Aus- und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitenden -Langfristige Mitarbeiterbindung - Teambuilding im Unternehmen - Schaffung eine guten Betriebsklimas - Fehlerkultur Programm der Veranstaltung: -Führung durch das Europareservat Unterer Inn (in Kooperation mit Naturium am Inn) - Impulsvortrag (Gastredner) im Themenfeld "New Work" mit anschließender Diskussion zentraler Herausforderungen und Bedarfe von regionalen Unternehmen -Get Together / Vernetzung / Austausch Die grenzüberschreitende Veranstaltung soll im September 2023 stattfinden.
