-Common Challenge: Weak expression of startups in knowledge-intensive, natural science fields. Little innovation in digitization and innovation topics from startups Large imbalance between male and female startup founders (In D 2021 only 17.7% female / In Ö 2021 only 8%female / Source: statistica.com) Many cross-border issues and desire for networking, but little on offer -Cross-border approach of project partnership: The whole network of science and economy of the 5 project regions (Salzburg, Tyrol, Rosenheim, Traunstein and Berchtesgadener Land) should be included. The knowledge is to be made available to the startups with the involvement of these experts. All project partners will provide 2 employees themselves, who will be present as coaches during the camp and thus strengthen the networking of the actors in cross-border cooperation and support the participants in the long term beyond the camp. -Overall goal and change: To motivate founders and students to become entrepreneurs and to bind them to the border region Salzburg-Bavaria-Tyrol. Through the thematic focus on "sustainability and innovation", identify and specifically promote business models with these focal points. Strengthening and motivating female founders in particular, i.e. female founders to implement their business models. Cross-border networking of founders, young entrepreneurs and project partners -Outputs and the benefiting target groups: Identification of innovations and new business fields Participants receive comprehensive feedback and valuable contacts that help them move forward with their business projects Creation of new businesses for sustainable economic development in the Alpine region Increasing the awareness of the population for innovation and sustainability

-Gemeinsame Herausforderung: Schwache Ausprägung von Unternehmensgründungen in wissensintensiven, naturwissenschaftlichen Bereichen Wenig Innovation in Digitalisierungs- und Innovationsthemen aus Neugründungen Großes Ungleichgewicht zwischen männlichen und weiblichen Startup-Gründern (In D 2021 nur 17,7% weibl. / In Ö 2021 nur 8%weibl./ Quelle: statistica.com) Viele grenzüberschreitende Fragestellungen und Wunsch nach Vernetzung, aber wenig Angebot -Grenzüberschreitender Ansatz der Projektpartnerschaft: Das gesamte Netzwerk aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft der 5 Projektregionen soll einbezogen werden Das Wissen soll unter Einbezug dieser Experten, den Startups zur Verfügung gestellt werden Alle Projektpartner stellen selbst 2 Mitarbeiter, die als Coaches während des Camps dabei sind und somit die Vernetzung der Akteure in der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit stärken und die Teilnehmer langfristig über das Camp hinaus betreuen -Gesamtziel und Veränderung: Gründer und Studierende motivieren, unternehmerisch tätig zu werden und an den Grenzraum Salzburg-Bayern-Tirol zu binden Durch den thematischen Schwerpunkt "Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation" besonders Geschäftsmodelle mit diesen Schwerpunkten identifizieren und gezielt fördern Besonders Female-Founders, also weibliche Gründerinnen stärken und motivieren ihre Geschäftsmodelle umzusetzen Grenzüberschreitende Vernetzung der Gründer*innen, Jungunternehmer*innen und Projektpartner*innen -Outputs und die profitierenden Zielgruppen: Identifikation von Innovationen und neuen Geschäftsfeldern Die Teilnehmer erhalten umfassendes Feedback und wertvolle Kontakte, die sie mit ihrem Geschäftsvorhaben voran bringt Gründung neuer Unternehmen zur nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung im Alpenraum Bewusstseinststärkung der Bevölkerung für Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit -Bezug/Abgrenzung/Neu Startup Camp 2022-> siehe C.2.2 -Start- und Enddatum: Startdatum 20.03.2023 Ende: 19.12.2023
