Overall objective: Overall objective of the action is sustainable development of the cross-border region through tourism activation of the valuable culture heritage and important cultural monuments in order to support the CB area socio-economic development. Specific objectives: 1. Improving the quality of the tourism product and services along the regional tourism product/cultural route Roman Emperors Route (RER) in the CB area; 2. Improving tourism development strategic framework in the CB area (municipality of Srebrenica), 3. Improving tourist infrastructure on the Roman archaeological site in Skelani as well as Srebrenica; 4. Improvement of the capacities and competencies of local stakeholders and SMEs for managing/promotion of regional tourism product(s); and 5. Improving attractiveness, visibility, interpretation and tourists’ awareness of the Roman history and cultural heritage in general in the cross-border area (Sremska Mitrovica and Srebrenica) Project activities: 0.1 Project management 0.2 Quality management 0.3 Project and Steering committee meetings 1.1 Road map preparation 1.2 Marketing plan preparation 1.3 Development of three (3) touristic itineraries 1.4 Restoration and presentation of Roman Mosaics 2.1 Preparation of Strategy of tourism development for municipality of Srebrenica 3.1 Small scale infrastructural works – Installation of canopy, protective fence and lighting 3.2 Purchase of six (6) e – bicycles purchased and installation of tourist signalization - info tables and interpretation tables 4.1 Organization of three (3) workshops 4.2 Establishment of Product club 5.1 Design, printing and distribution of project promotional brochures 5.2 Organization of three (3) promotional events – Roman days 5.3 Production of two (2) VR promo-videos for the cross-border region 5.4 Carrying out of one (1) online campaign 5.5 Organization of two (2) project conferences 5.6 Branding of one (1) info-centre
