Description (EN):

The project is based on a long-standing need for legal aid in an area that is economically and socially disadvantaged. The project will result in mutual assistance, through study trainings, seminars, conferences, common legal software for automation, legal advice and counselling, expert staff, so as to fulfil the idea of the project - to strengthen the ability to jointly address challenges in the programme area through common solutions and their implementation for a more effective cooperation of public administration institutions on both sides of the border. The aim of the project is to generate professional interest in the issue of administrative and legal differences in the performance of public administration in a cross-border environment.

Description (SK):

Projekt vychádza z dlhodobej potreby právnej pomoci na území, ktoré je hospodársky a sociálne znevýhodnené. Výsledkom projektu bude vzájomná pomoc, prostredníctvom štúdiných školení, seminárov, konferencií, spoločného právneho softwaru pre automatizáciu, právne poradenstvo a poradňu, odborný personál, tak aby sa naplnila myšlienka projektu - posilnenie schopnosti spoločne riešiť výzvy v programovej oblasti formou spoločných riešení a ich implementáciou pre efektívnejšiu spoluprácu inštitúcií verejnej správy na oboch stranách hranice. Cieľom projektu je vzbudiť odborný záujem o problematiku administratívnych a právnych rozdielov pri výkone verejnej správy v cezhraničnom prostredí.
