TRANSEURO+ is a joint German-Polish project to be implemented between 2025 and 2027. The project partners are: the city of Zgorzelec, the city of Görlitz and Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschlesien GmbH (VON GmbH) Bautzen. The project partners have the idea of developing cooperation in the field of common public transport. Three work packages are planned for implementation in the project. As part of the first work package, a joint cross-border plan for sustainable transport for the European city of Zgorzelec/Görlitz will be drawn up. The drafting of such a document is essential to provide a framework for the organisation of public transport services. The development of such a complex strategy document requires in-depth analysis based on data on passengers, vehicle traffic or road infrastructure collected in both cities. In the first stage, sub-plans are drawn up for each city. The main document (joint plan) will be prepared by consolidation at the next stage of the planned work. The second work package is mainly about joint tariff offers, the harmonisation of transport conditions and the development of a standardised passenger information system. In addition, the project partners plan to use a variety of educational, information and advertising materials and activities aimed at different target groups. These activities will be carried out within the framework of the 3. Work package of the project carried out. These include conferences, workshops, printed material, an educational video, press releases, information on the project partners' websites and social media. These activities are primarily aimed at educating the population and promoting the idea of joint German-Polish public transport in the European city of Zgorzelec/Görlitz.

TRANSEURO+ to wspólny polsko-niemiecki projekt planowany do realizacji w latach 2025-2027. Partnerami projektowymi są: Miasto Zgorzelec, Miasto Görlitz i Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschlesien GmbH (VON GmbH) Bautzen. Partnerom projektowym przyświeca idea rozwijania współpracy w zakresie wspólnego transportu zbiorowego. Przewidziano do realizacji trzy zadania projektowe. W pierwszym z nich przygotowany zostanie wspólny, transgraniczny Plan Zrównoważonego Transportu dla Europa-Miasta Zgorzelec/Görlitz. Opracowanie takiego dokumentu jest niezbędne dla stworzenia założeń dla organizowania usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Dla przygotowania tak złożonego dokumentu strategicznego konieczne będą dokładne analizy wykonane na podstawie pozyskanych w obu miastach danych dotyczących pasażerów, ruchu pojazdów czy infrastruktury drogowej. W pierwszej kolejności zostaną przygotowane plany cząstkowe dla każdego miasta. Zasadniczy dokument (wspólny plan) powstanie dzięki konsolidacji na kolejnym etapie prac przewidzianych do realizacji. Drugie zadanie projektowe to przede wszystkim wspólne oferty taryfowe, harmonizacja zasad i warunków przewozu, jak również opracowanie znormalizowanego systemu informacji pasażerskiej. Dodatkowo partnerzy projektowi zaplanowali wykorzystanie różnorodnych narzędzi i działań o charakterze edukacyjnym, informacyjnym i promocyjnym, skierowanych do różnych grup docelowych. Działania te zostaną zrealizowane w ramach 3 zadania projektowego. Będą to m. in. konferencje, warsztaty, materiały drukowane, film edukacyjny, ogłoszenia prasowe, informacje na stronach internetowych i w mediach społecznościowych partnerów projektowych. Działania te będą służyć przede wszystkim edukacji mieszkańców i promowaniu idei wspólnego polsko-niemieckiego transportu zbiorowego w Europa-Mieście Zgorzelec/Görlitz.

TRANSEURO+ ist ein gemeinsames deutsch-polnisches Projekt, das zwischen 2025 und 2027 realisiert werden soll. Die Projektpartner sind: die Stadt Zgorzelec, die Stadt Görlitz und Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz Niederschlesien GmbH (VON GmbH) Bautzen. Die Projektpartner haben die Idee, eine Zusammenarbeit im Bereich des gemeinsamen öffentlichen Verkehrs zu entwickeln. Für die Umsetzung sind drei Arbeitspakete im Projekt vorgesehen. Im Rahmen des ersten Arbeitspakets wird ein gemeinsamer grenzüberschreitender Plan für Nachhaltigen Verkehr für die Europa-Stadt Zgorzelec/Görlitz erstellt. Die Ausarbeitung eines solchen Dokuments ist unerlässlich, um einen Rahmen für die Organisation der öffentlichen Verkehrsdienste zu schaffen. Für die Ausarbeitung eines solch komplexen Strategiedokuments sind gründliche Analysen erforderlich, die sich auf Daten über Fahrgäste, Fahrzeugverkehr oder Straßeninfrastruktur stützen, die in beiden Städten erhoben werden. In der ersten Etappe werden für jede Stadt Teilpläne erstellt. Das Hauptdokument (gemeinsamer Plan) wird in der nächsten Etappe der geplanten Arbeiten durch Konsolidierung erstellt. Bei dem zweiten Arbeitspaket handelt es sich vor allem um gemeinsame Tarifangebote, die Harmonisierung der Beförderungsbedingungen sowie die Entwicklung eines standardisierten Fahrgastinformationssystems. Darüber hinaus planen die Projektpartner den Einsatz einer Vielzahl von Bildungs-, Informations- und Werbemitteln und -aktivitäten, die sich an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen richten. Diese Aktivitäten werden im Rahmen des 3. Arbeitspakets des Projekts durchgeführt. Dazu gehören u.a. Konferenzen, Workshops, gedrucktes Material, ein Bildungsvideo, Pressemitteilungen, Informationen auf den Websites und in den sozialen Medien der Projektpartner. Diese Aktivitäten dienen vor allem der Aufklärung der Bevölkerung und der Förderung der Idee eines gemeinsamen deutsch-polnischen öffentlichen Verkehrs in der Europa-Stadt Zgorzelec/Görlitz.
