The education systems in Austria and the Czechia currently have to adapt very quickly to a rapidly progressing global social and technological changes. The demands on teachers to respond to changing needs and to teach and promote the necessary competences are increasing every day. Therefore, the project "Education for Tomorrow AT-CZ" is dedicated to the further training of the future competences that emerge from the new understanding of learning, education and communication. The Europe-wide recognised 4C-model (collaboration, communication, critical thinking&problem solving and creativity&innovation) is extended in the project by another three Cs: digital competence, cultural competence and contextual competence. The newly developed competence model now contains seven competences (= 7Cs). These competences form the basis for innovative education that addresses current global challenges and changing economic and societal demands. In order for children to acquire the necessary knowledge and competences for an “Education for Tomorrow”, it must also be ensured that teachers acquire the necessary qualifications. The aim of the project is therefore to develop demand-oriented and user-friendly measures and to offer these to the pedagogical world, both in the form of cross-border further training and through methodological-didactic materials, which will be published in both languages on the eTOM platform in a sustainable manner and which will serve to inspire and motivate in the further work. For these purposes, the interdisciplinary and professional expertise of the project partners is used for the entire project region (and through dissemination also outside the project region). The spatial proximity of the project partners and of the participating educational institutions enables effective cooperation and the necessary cross-border knowledge transfer. This not only contributes to achieving the goals of this project, but also sustainably strengthens the common border area, which also supports the dismantling of borders and barriers between Austria and the Czechia.

Description (DE):

Die Bildungssysteme in Österreich und Tschechien müssen sich aktuell sehr schnell an einen rasant fortschreitenden globalen gesellschaftlichen und technologischen Wandel anpassen. Die Anforderungen an die pädagogischen Fachkräfte (PFK), auf veränderte Bedürfnisse einzugehen und die dafür notwendigen Kompetenzen zu vermitteln und zu fördern, steigen tagtäglich. Daher widmet sich das Projekt „Education for Tomorrow AT-CZ“ der Weiterbildung der Zukunftkompetenzen, die aus dem neuen Verständnis von Lernen, Bildung und Kommunikation hervorgehen. Das europaweit anerkannte 4K-Modell (Kollaboration, Kommunikation, kritisches Denken&Problemlösung sowie Kreativität&Innovation) wird im Projekt um weitere drei Ks erweitert: digitale Kompetenz, Kulturalität und Kontextkompetenz. Das neu entwickelte Kompetenzmodell enthält nun sieben Kompetenzen (= 7K). Diese bilden die Grundlage für eine innovative Bildung, die auf die aktuellen globalen Herausforderungen und veränderten wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Anforderungen eingeht. Damit Kinder die notwendigen Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen für eine Bildung von Morgen (Education for Tomorrow) erwerben können, muss auch sichergestellt sein, dass die PFK über die dafür erforderlichen Qualifikationen verfügen. Das Ziel des Projekts ist daher, bedarfsorientierte und nutzerfreundliche Maßnahmen zu entwickeln und der pädagogischen Welt anzubieten, und zwar sowohl in Form von grenzüberschreitenden Weiterbildungsangeboten als auch durch methodisch-didaktische Materialien, die in beiden Sprachen nachhaltig auf der eTOM-Plattform veröffentlicht werden und der Inspirationen und Motivation dienen. Für diese Zwecke wird die interdisziplinäre und fachliche Expertise der Projektpartner für die gesamte Projektregion (und durch Dissemination auch außerhalb der Projektregion) genutzt. Durch die räumliche Nähe der Projektpartner und der beteiligten Bildungseinrichtungen wird eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und der notwendige länderübergreifende Wissenstransfer ermöglicht. Dies trägt nicht nur zur Erreichung der gemeinsamen Ziele bei, sondern stärkt auch nachhaltig den gemeinsamen Grenzraum, was auch den Abbau von Grenzen und Barrieren zwischen Österreich und Tschechien unterstützt. Das Projekt beginnt mit 01.07. 2023.

Description (CS):

Vzdělávací systémy Rakouska a Česka se aktuálně musí přizpůsobit rychlým sociálně-technologickým změnám, které v současné době převládají celosvětově. Každým dnem rostou nároky na pedagogy, kteří musí těmto změnám a potřebám vycházet vstříc a zprostředkovávat a podporovat všechny k tomu nutné kompetence. Proto je projekt „Education for Tomorrow“ („Vzdělávání pro zítřek“) zaměřen na vzdělávání v kompetencích pro budoucnost, které vycházejí z nového chápání učení, vzdělávání a komunikace. Model kompetencí 4K (kooperace, komunikace, kritické myšlení, kreativita&inovace), který je uznaný po celé Evropě, bude v rámci projektu rozšířen o další tři K: digitální kompetence, kulturnost a kontextuální kompetence. Tento nově vytvořený kompetenční model zahrnuje tedy sedm kompetencí (= 7K). Tento model je základem pro inovativní vzdělávání, které reaguje na stávající globální výzvy a měnící se ekonomické a společenské požadavky. Aby děti získaly potřebné znalosti a kompetence pro vzdělání pro zítřek („education for tomorrow“), musí být také zajištěno, aby pedagogové obdrželi nutnou kvalifikaci. Cílem projektu je tedy vyvinout opatření, která jsou přesně zaměřená na potřeby pedagogů a dnešního světa a jsou pro všechny uživatele lehce použitelné a využitelné při pedagogické práci. Hlavními opatřeními projektu jsou jednak nabídky přeshraničního dalšího vzdělávání a jednak didaktické metodiky, které budou v obou jazycích udržitelně zveřejněny na platformě eTOM a budou sloužit jako opatření pro inspiraci a motivaci. K těmto účelům bude využito mezioborové a odborné expertízy projektových partnerů, společně pro celý projektový region (a diseminací také mimo projektový region). Geografická blízkost projektových partnerů a zúčastněných vzdělávacích institucí umožňuje efektivní spolupráci a nutný přeshraniční transfer vědomostí. To nejen přispívá k dosažení společných cílů, ale také udržitelně posiluje společný příhraniční prostor, čímž je podporováno odbourávání hranic a bariér mezi Rakouskem a Českem. Projekt začíná 01.07. 2023.

Actual Achievements (EN):

In the framwork of this 1. period all PP worked very closely on the preparation and implementation of the first project activities and content of the project. All target groups were informed by all PP about the plans and planned activities and events of the project as part of the communication and information measures. The following first project events were realised: first meetings of the three cross-border working groups (see 1.1.1, 1.4.1), two-day conference ‘Children talk about education’ (see 1.2.1), the first project days for families (see 1.6.1), online lecture with over 400 participants (see 2.2.1), three-part webinar series ‘Understanding and using media’ (see 2.2.2), 4 cross-border seminars (see 2.3.2), the first educational excursion (see 2.4.1), the first Digi-Cafe (see 2.5.1) and the major educational programme ‘DigiJourney’ has begun (see 2.3.1). In addition, further project activities were prepared in the 1. project period: Digi-Challenge (see 1.3.1), partnerships (see 1.3.2), project days for children (see 1.3.3), participation project (see 1.3.4) and the eTOM platform was developed (see 1.5.). Already 99 educational institutions are regularly supported and inspired in the framework of our eTOM-project (see 1.1.2). In the framework of the second period all PP worked very closely on the of the project activities and content of the project. All target groups were informed by all PP about the plans and planned activities and events of the project as part of the communication and information measures. The following project events took place: meetings of two cross-border working groups and the cross projects meeting of the project experts (see 1.1.1), the first project day for children (see 1.3.3), the participation project on "micro greens" has been launched (see 1.3.4), three cross-border seminars (see 2.3.2), the second Digi-Cafe (see 2.5.1) and the major educational programme ‘DigiJourney’ was continued (see 2.3.1). 14 cross-border partnerships between czech and austrian schools and kindergardens were established and the first meeting of a partnership of two schools took place (see 1.3.2). The plattform is online (1.5) and the first three digi-challenges have been published (1.3). Already 132 educational institutions are regularly supported and inspired in the framework of our eTOM-project (see 1.1.2).

Alle PP arbeiteten in der 1. BP sehr eng an der Vorbereitung und der ersten Umsetzungen von Projektaktivitäten und -inhalten. Alle Zielgruppen wurden von allen PP im Rahmen der Kommunikations- und Informationsmaßnahmen über die Pläne und geplanten Aktivitäten und Veranstaltung des Projekts informiert. Die ersten Projektveranstaltungen wurden umgesetzt: erste Treffen der drei grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsgruppen (s. 1.1.1, 1.4.1), zweitägige Konferenz "Kinder reden über Bildung" (s. 1.2.1), die ersen Projekttage für Familien (s. 1.6.1), Fachvortrag mit über 400 Teilnehmenden (s. 2.2.1), dreiteilige Webinarreihe "Medien verstehen und nutzen" (s. 2.2.2), 4 gü Seminare (s. 2.3.2), die erste Bildungsexkursion (s. 2.4.1), das erste Digi-Cafe (s. 2.5.1) und das große Bildungsprogramm "DigiJourney" hat begonnen (s. 2.3.1). Außerdem wurden im Rahmen der 1. BP weitere Projektaktivitäten vorbereitet: Digi-Challenge (s. 1.3.1), Partnerschaften (s. 1.3.2), Projekttage für Kinder (s. 1.3.3), Partizipationsprojekt (s. 1.3.4) und die eTOM-Plattform wurde entwickelt (s. 1.5.). V 1. MO všichni PP velmi úzce spolupracovali na přípravě a realizaci prvních projektových aktivit a obsahů projektu. Všechny cílové skupiny byly v rámci komunikačních a informačních opatření všemi PP informovány o plánech a plánovaných aktivitách a akcích projektu. Byly realizovány první akce projektu: první setkání tří přeshraničních pracovních skupin (viz 1.1.1, 1.4.1), dvoudenní konference „Děti mluví o vzdělávání“ (viz 1.2.1), první projektové dny pro rodiny (viz 1.6.1), odborná přednáška s více než 400 účastníky (viz 2.2.1), třídílný cyklus webinářů „Porozumění a využití médií“ (viz 2.2.2), 4 přeshraniční semináře (viz 2.3.2), první vzdělávací exkurze (viz 2.4.1), první Digi-Kavárna (viz 2.5.1) a byl zahájen velký vzdělávací program „DigiCesta“ (viz 2.3.1). Kromě toho byly v rámci 1. MO připraveny další projektové aktivity: Digi-Challenge (viz 1.3.1), partnerství (viz 1.3.2), projektové dny pro děti (viz 1.3.3), participační projekt (viz 1.3.4) a byla vytvořena platforma eTOM (viz 1.5.). V rámci projektu je pravidelně podporováno a inspirováno již 99 vzdělávacích institucí (viz 1.1.2). Také ve 2. MO všichni PP velmi úzce spolupracovali na přípravě a realizaci projektových aktivit a obsahů projektu. Všechny cílové skupiny byly v rámci komunikačních a informačních opatření všemi PP informovány o plánovaných aktivitách a akcích projektu. Byly realizovány následující akce projektu: další setkání dvou přeshraničních pracovních skupin, meziprojektové setkání expertů (viz 1.1.1), první projektový den pro děti (viz 1.3.3), byl zahájen participační projekt na téma "Mikrofarma" (viz 1.3.4), tři přeshraniční semináře (viz 2.3.2), druhá Digi-Kavárna (viz 2.5.1) a bylo pokračováno ve vzdělávacím programu „DigiCesta“ (viz 2.3.1). Bylo vytvořeno 14 přeshraničních partnerství mezi českými školami a školkami - konalo se první setkání partnerských škol (viz 1.3.2). Platforma je online (1.5) a byly zveřejněny první tři digi-výzvy (viz 1.3.1). V rámci projektu je pravidelně podporováno a inspirováno již 132 vzdělávacích institucí (viz 1.1.2).

In dieser Synergie entsteht vor allem die digitale Plattform eTOM und im Rahmen des projektübergreifenden Symposiums werden die gemeinsam entwickelten Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen PFK aller vier Länder angeboten. Zum Austausch der Ergebnisse wird ein projektübergreifendes Expert:innentreffen organisiert, an dem die PP samt Expert:innen aller drei Synergieprojekte teilnehmen werden. (DE), Projekt „Education for Tomorrow“ („Vzdělávání pro zítřek“) je v synergii s dalšími přeshraničními projekty eTOM SK-AT a eTOM AT-HU zaměřen na zvýšení povědomí pedagogické odborné veřejnosti a vzdělávání v kompetencích pro budoucnost, které vycházejí z nového chápání učení, vzdělávání a komunikace. V této synergii vznikne především digitální platforma eTOM a v rámci meziprojektového sympozia, kde budou společně vyvinuté nabídky dalšího vzdělávání nabídnuty pedagogům všech čtyř zemí. Ke sdílení výsledků se bude konat meziprojektové setkání expertů, kterého se zúčastní PP se svými experty všech tří synergických projektů. Contribution to wider strategies and policies:

EUStrategyDanubeRegion Mit seinen Aktivitäten und Zielen trägt eTOM in der EUSDR in folgenden Prioritätsfeldern bei:
Nr 7: Knowledge society – eTOM leistet nachhaltige Bildung
Nr 8: Competitiveness and Enterprises – eTOM verbessert die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Menschen der Region
Nr 9: People and Skills – eTOM widmet sich der Vertiefung der Kompetenzen 7K
Other Projekt eTOM zohledňuje, sleduje a přispívá k mnoha dalším regionálním, národním a mezinárodním strategiím, jako je např. „Agenda 2030“ od OSN, Rakouská a Česká strategie celoživotního učení, Kvalifikační plán města Vídeň 2030, strategie Europaregionu „Centrope“, vzdělávací plán digitální gramotnosti na školách a rakouský vzdělávací plán “digitální gramotnosti” pro elementární vzdělávání. Další strategie a programy jsou např. „Digital Citizenship Education“ (DCE) Rady Evropy, program „Digitální Evropa“ Evropské unie, projekt „Future of Education and Skills 2030“ od OECD, apod.
