The Podyjí National Park and the Thayatal National Park jointly protect the nature of the Dyje valley near Hardegg. The Podyjí National Park and the Thayatal National Park jointly protect the nature of the Dyje valley near Hardegg. Nature does not recognise borders, which is why the two protected area administrations work closely together to fulfil their tasks. However, there are currently only two connecting routes between the two national parks. Those wishing to visit a national park in a neighbouring country can cross the Dyje via the bridge at Hardegg or the nearby Hermitage footbridge, which was built in 2022. By creating another cross-border tourist circuit, visitors to the Podyjí region will be able to get to know the common natural area even better as a joint protected area. Crossing the national border will strengthen their awareness of the cross-border nature of these protected areas. By bringing together Czech and Austrian visitors, the Thayatal-Podyjí National Park will become a project that unites nations. Construction can only be carried out jointly, as each part of the footbridge is located in a different state. It is necessary to connect both investors, proceed together, at the same time and according to the same documentation. In the Czech Podyjí National Park there are already such suspension footbridges, and the new footbridge will be built in the same style, construction system and morphology. The footbridge is designed as a suspended rope structure, with a pair of portal steel bank supports, with a wooden bridge deck structure suspended on supporting ropes. The deck of the bridge deck will consist of a layer of impregnated timber planks. The material and construction of the footbridge will not disturb the surrounding landscape. The footbridge will have a subtle cable-stayed structure and a bridge deck made mainly of natural materials (oak). The steel structures will be coated with protective coatings on the steel structures in the shade of dark green, the wooden elements will be made of hard oak wood, which will be impregnated with impregnating oils. The railings will be made of coated wire mesh, in a dark green shade. The footbridge will be used exclusively for pedestrian visitors to both national parks. The construction will expand the visitor infrastructure and link to the circuit leading to the Hermit's Footbridge. The construction project, the implementation of the new footbridge structure, will not cause excessive interference in the environment of the valuable space along both banks of the Dyje River in the Podyjí and Thayatal National Parks, or worsen the environmental impact. There will be no need for connection to power lines or other networks during the implementation of the action. The footbridge will be located in the place of existing hiking trails and paths. These routes will be newly connected to the footbridge by marked hiking trails. Start of the project 1.3. 2024.

Der Nationalpark Podyjí und der Nationalpark Thayatal schützen gemeinsam die Natur des Thayatals bei Hardegg. Die Natur kennt keine Grenzen, deshalb arbeiten die beiden Schutzgebietsverwaltungen bei der Erfüllung ihrer Aufgaben eng zusammen. Allerdings gibt es derzeit nur zwei Verbindungswege zwischen den beiden Nationalparks. Wer den Nationalpark im Nachbarland besuchen möchte, kann die Thaya über die Brücke bei Hardegg oder den nahe gelegenen Brücke beim Einsiedlerfelsen überqueren, die 2022 errichtet wurde. Durch die Schaffung eines weiteren grenzüberschreitenden touristischen Rundweges können die Besucher der Region Podyjí den gemeinsamen Naturraum als gemeinsames Schutzgebiet noch besser kennen lernen. Durch das Überschreiten der Staatsgrenze wird ihr Bewusstsein für den grenzüberschreitenden Charakter dieser Schutzgebiete gestärkt. Durch die Zusammenführung von tschechischen und österreichischen Besuchern wird der Nationalpark Thayatal-Podyjí zu einem völkerverbindenden Projekt. Den Bau kann man nur gemeinsam realisieren, weil jeder Teil der Brücke in einem anderen Staat liegt. Es ist notwendig beide Bauherren zu verbinden, gemeinsam fortzuschreiten, zur gleichen Zeit und nach der gleichen Dokumentation. Im tschechischen Nationalpark Podyjí gibt es bereits solche Hängebrücken, und die neue Brücke wird im gleichen Stil, mit dem gleichen Konstruktionssystem und der gleichen Morphologie gebaut. Die Fußgängerbrücke ist als Hängeseilkonstruktion mit einem Paar Portalstützen aus Stahl und einer hölzernen, an Tragseilen aufgehängten Brückendeckkonstruktion konzipiert. Der Belag des Brückenbalkens wird aus einer Schicht imprägnierter Holzbretter bestehen. Das Material und die Konstruktion der Fußgängerbrücke werden die umliegende Landschaft nicht beeinträchtigen Die Fußgängerbrücke wird eine dezente Schrägseilkonstruktion und ein Brückendeck haben, das hauptsächlich aus natürlichen Materialien (Eiche) besteht. Die Stahlkonstruktionen werden mit Schutzanstrichen in dunkelgrüner Farbe beschichtet, die Holzelemente werden aus hartem Eichenholz gefertigt, das mit Imprägnier Ölen imprägniert wird. Die Geländer werden aus beschichtetem Drahtgeflecht in einem dunkelgrünen Farbton hergestellt. Die Fußgängerbrücke wird ausschließlich für die Besucher der beiden Nationalparks, die zu Fuß unterwegs sind, genutzt. Mit dem Bau wird die Besucherinfrastruktur erweitert und an den Rundweg zum Einsiedlerfelsen angebunden. Das Bauvorhaben, die Realisierung der neuen Brückenanlage, wird keine übermäßigen Eingriffe in die Umwelt des wertvollen Raumes an beiden Ufern der Thaya in den Nationalparks Podyjí und Thayatal verursachen und die Umweltbelastung nicht verschlechtern. Während der Durchführung der Maßnahme wird kein Anschluss an Stromleitungen oder andere Netze erforderlich sein. Die Fußgängerbrücke wird an Stelle der bereits bestehenden Wanderwege und Pfaden errichtet. Diese Wege werden durch markierte Wanderwege neu mit der Brücke verbunden.Projektbeginn 1.3. 2024.

Národní park Podyjí a Nationalpark Thayatal chrání společně přírodu dyjského údolí u Hardeggu. Příroda neuznává hranice, proto obě správy těchto chráněných území při plnění svých úkolů úzce spolupracují. V současnosti však mezi oběma národními parky existují pouze dvě spojovací cesty. Zájemci, kteří by chtěli navštívit národní park v sousední zemi, mohou přejít přes Dyji po mostě v Hardeggu nebo v blízkosti přes lávku Poustevník vybudovanou v roce 2022. Vytvořením dalšího přeshraničního turistického okruhu budou návštěvníci Podyjí moci ještě lépe poznávat společný přírodní prostor jako společné chráněné území. Překročením státní hranice se upevní jejich povědomí o přeshraničním charakteru těchto chráněných území. Setkáváním českých a rakouských návštěvníků se národní park Thayatal-Podyjí stane projektem, který spojuje národy. Stavbu lze realizovat pouze společně, protože každá část lávky leží v jiném státě. Je potřeba spojit oba investory, postupovat společně, ve stejném čase a dle stejné dokumentace. V českém národním parku Podyjí již existují takové visuté lávky, nově realizovaná lávka bude postavena ve stejném stylu, konstrukčním systému a tvarosloví. Lávka je navržena jako visutá lanová konstrukce, s dvojicí portálových ocelových břehových podpor, s dřevěnou konstrukcí mostovky zavěšenou na nosná lana. Pocházená vrstva mostovky bude tvořena vrstvou z impregnovaných dřevěných prken. Lávka svým materiálovým i konstrukčním provedením nebude narušovat krajinný ráz okolí. Lávka bude s nosnou lanovou subtilní konstrukcí a mostovkou tvořenou především přirozenými přírodními materiály (dub). Ocelové konstrukce budou opatřeny ochrannými nátěry na ocelové konstrukce v odstínu tmavě zelené, dřevěné prvky budou z tvrdého dubového dřeva, jež budou napuštěny impregnačními oleji. Výplň zábradlí pak bude z poplastovaného pletiva, v tmavě zeleném odstínu. Lávka bude sloužit výhradně pro pěší návštěvníky obou národních parků. Realizací stavby dojde k rozšíření návštěvnické infrastruktury a propojení na okruh. Stavebním záměrem, realizací nové konstrukce lávky, nedojde k nadměrnému zásahu do životního prostředí cenného prostoru podél obou břehů Dyje v Národních parcích Podyjí a Thayatal, respektive ani ke zhoršení vlivu na životní prostředí. Při realizaci akce nedojde k potřebě napojení na elektrické vedení, či jiné sítě. Lávka pak bude umístěna v místě stávajících turistických tras a cest. Nově dojde k propojení těchto tras s lávkou – pomocí značených turistických stezek. Začátek projektu 1.3. 2024.

Each of the partners will carry out the construction within their local area of responsibility, i.e. from the state border. Both partners will be involved in the preparation of the call for tenders, the selection of the contractor and the subsequent implementation, including financial management. The main objective is to find a common solution for the realisation of the maintenance of a newly announced cultural monument, which was announced in June 2023. It is the bridge in Hardegg and both customs houses, where on the Czech side the administration of the Podyjí National Park and on the Austrian side the KommReal Hardegg GmbH and Land Niederösterreich, Landesstraßenverwaltung, Amt der Niederösterreichischen Landesregierung, Bezirk Landesstraßenbau, 3109 St. Pölten, Landhausplatz 1 are. At the same time, it is the starting point for the already built and newly planned circular route. The aim is to link the documentation to stop the care for this site and all 3 places – the area with the newly announced monument protection, the tourist route Einsiedler built in 2022 and the planned circular route with the new bridge accordingly.

Die neue Brücke wird die Naturräume der beiden Nationalparks mit dem Kulturraum der Stadt Hardegg verbinden. Gleichzeitig wird Brücke wieder aufgebaut, die an dieser Stelle abgebrochen wurde und das Kukturerbe der Stadt Hardegg gestärkt.Der Bau wird das Schutzgebiet der breiten Öffentlichkeit zugänglicher machen und die Besucher konzentrieren, wodurch die angrenzenden Habitate geschützt und die Ruhe des Gebiets gewährleistet werden. Jeder der Partner wird den Bau in seinem örtlichen Zuständigkeitsbereich, d. h. ab der Staatsgrenze, durchführen. Beide Partner werden an der Vorbereitung der Ausschreibung, der Auswahl des Auftragnehmers und der anschließenden Durchführung, einschließlich der finanziellen Abwicklung, beteiligt sein. Das Hauptziel ist eine gemeinsame Lösung für die Realisierung der Wartung eines neu verkündeten Kulturdenkmals, das im Juni 2023 verkündet wurde, zu finden. Es handelt sich um die Brücke im Hardegg und beide Zollhäuser, wo auf der tschechischen Seite die Verwaltung des Nationalparks Podyjí und auf der österreichischen Seite die KommReal Hardegg GmbH und Land Niederösterreich, Landesstraßenverwaltung, Amt der Niederösterreichischen Landesregierung, Abteilung Landesstraßenbau, 3109 St. Pölten, Landhausplatz 1 sind. Gleichzeitig handelt es sich um den Ausgangspunkt für den bereits errichteten und neu geplanten Rundweg. Das Ziel ist die Unterlagen zum Einstellen der Pflege um diese Lokalität und alle 3 Plätze – das Gebiet mit dem neu verkündeten Denkmalschutz, den im Jahr 2022 errichteten touristischen Rundweg Einsiedler und den geplanten Rundweg mit der neuen Brücke entsprechend zu verbinden.

Nový most propojí přírodní oblasti obou národních parků s kulturní oblastí města Hardegg. Zároveň se obnoví lávka, která byla v tomto místě odstraněna a posílí se kulturní dědictví města Hardegg. Vybudování zpřístupní chráněné území široké veřejnosti a koncentruje návštěvníky, čímž dojde k ochraně navazujících biotopů a zajištění klidového režimu území. Každý z partnerů bude realizovat stavbu na svém území, kde je místně příslušný, tzn. od státní hranice. Oba partneři se budou podílet na přípravě výběrového řízení, výběru dodavatele a následné realizaci, včetně finančního plnění. Hlavním cílem je nalézt společné řešení pro realizaci péče nově vyhlášenou kulturní památku, které byla vyhlášena v červnu v r. 2023. Jedná se o most v Hardeggu a obě Celnice, kde na české straně je vlastníkem Správa Národního parku Podyjí a na rakouské straně KommReal Hardegg GmbH a Land Niederösterreich, Landesstraßenverwaltung, Amt der Niederösterreichischen Landesregierung, Abteilung Landesstraßenbau, 3109 St. Pölten, Landhausplatz 1 . Zároveň se jedná o výchozí místo pro již vybudovaný a nově plánovaný okruh. Cílem je připravit podklady pro nastavení péče o tuto lokalitu a vhodně propojit všechna 3 místa-území s nově vyhlášenou památkovou ochranou, turistický okruh Poustevník vybudovaný v r. 2022 a plánovaný okruh s novou lávkou.

Mosty k sousedům (CS), Brücken zu den Nachbarn (DE) | Das Projekt schließt an an das Projekts "Brücken zu Nachbarn" (ATCZ204), bei dem eine Hängebrücke über den Fluss Thaya und ein neuer Rundweg für Besucher errichtet wurden. Ihre Errichtung wird der breiten Öffentlichkeit das Naturerbe erschließen und gleichzeitig kommt es zur Konzentration der Besucher des Schutzgebietes, wodurch der Schutz der angrenzenden Lebensräume und Ruhe in dem Gebiet gewährleistet werden. Das ursprüngliche und bewilligte Vorhaben war die Errichtung von zwei Brücken und die Aufteilung dieser Konzentration der Besucher (DE), Projekt navazuje na realizovaný projekt Mosty k sousedům, ATCZ204, kdy byla vybudována 1 lávka přes řeku Dyji a vytvořen nový okruh pro návštěvníky. Její vybudování zpřístupní přírodní dědictví široké veřejnosti a zároveň dojde ke koncentraci návštěvníků chráněného území, a tím bude zajištěna ochrana navazujících biotopů a zároveň zajištěn klidový režim území. Původním a schváleným záměrem bylo postavit dva a tuto koncentraci návštěvníků rozložit. (CS), ConNat (DE), ConNat (CS) | Projekt navazuje na přeshraniční projekt ConNat, který propojuje krajinu a přispívá ke společnému řešení rozsáhlého území v přeshraničním měřítku. Nyní od monitoringu území Správy přistupují k dalšímu společnému řešení další oblasti, a to v oblasti návštěvnické infrastruktury a prezentaci území. Projekt využije dílčích výstupů a zkušeností z projektu Dyje 2020, kde byla realizována přeshraniční stavba na řece Dyji. (CS), Das Projekt schließt an das grenzüberschreitende ConNat-Projekt an, das die Landschaft verbindet und zur gemeinsamen Lösung des ausgedehnten Gebiets im grenzüberschreitenden Maß beiträgt. Nach dem Monitoring des Gebiets beginnen die Verwaltungen weitere gemeinsame Lösung weiterer Gebiete, und zwar im Bereich der Besucherinfrastruktur und Präsentation des Gebiets. Das Projekt wird die Teilergebnisse und Erfahrungen aus dem Projekt Dyje 2020 nutzen, bei dem eine grenzüberschreitende Baumaßnahme an der Thaya realisiert wurde. (DE)

Contribution to wider strategies and policies:

Other Projekt významně přispívá ke zlepšení vnímání a poznání přírodních hodnot, tzn. soustavy Natura 2000 resp. plnění směrnice EU o stanovištích, Strategie EU v oblasti biologické rozmanitosti do roku 2020 a řídí se hlavními doporučeními, které jsou obsaženy v prohlášení EK k tématu zelené infrastruktury Enhancing Europe´s Natural Capital). Projekt přispívá k naplňování Státního programu ochrany přírody a Strategie ochrany biodiverzity České republiky a strategie biodiverzity Rakousko 2020+ a podporuje koncepci opatření na ochranu přírody a pro osvětu ve chráněných oblastech s Evropským diplomem v Národním parku Thayatal/Podyjí. Projekt přispívá k lepšímu začlenění cestovního ruchu do strategického rámce ochrany přírody.
EUStrategyDanubeRegion Projekt je v souladu s Podunajskou strategii a přispívá k jejímu naplnění v následujících bodech: Podporuje zachování biologické rozmanitosti, krajiny a kvality ovzduší a půdy (Stěžejní oblast – PO 6). Podporuje rozvoj znalostní společnosti pomocí výzkumu, vzdělávání a IT (PO 7). Přispívá k podpoře kultury,
cestovního ruchu a kontaktu mezi lidmi (PO 3).
