(EN) | The above mentioned project, also prepared by the municipality of Preili together with partners, focuses on the implementation of activities in Preili Manor and Park complex. Given that Preili Castle is located in this area of the park, it is only logical to link the supply of services and tourism products in order to address tourists. The project attracts professional nature experts who will study and know the fortunes of Preili Park. The park breathes and lives in its rhythm, in which one is not always allowed to intervene. To keep track of the processes that occur in nature, they will be captured in videos. Video stories will be broadcast in the virtual mirror installed at Preili Castle (activity 1.1), creating synergies between the two projects. (EN), "Craftsmanship as Tourism Product without Borders", LLI-539. Activity The project was realized in Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania Programme 2014-2020. During this project Preili Municipality was a Project partner and here is implemented activity "Development of digital activities on craftsmanship" where was developed Interactive 5D exhibition on crafts in Preili. Development of the product included (1) development of the concept and video material and (2) purchase and installation of equipment with software for 5D projections with sound and smell.
- (EN) | For both projects, activities take place at one historic site at Preili Castle, which is only a benefit for tourists. The already implemented 5D exhibition on the 1 st floor of the castle, and the interactive mirror and Augmented reality guide provided in this project on the 2 nd and 3 rd floors will complement the offer of tourism products at the cultural and historical site.
