Description (EN):

The use of quantum technologies will represent an evolution in the use of IT technologies in analyses and calculations. Especially in the areas of optimization, molecular simulation and artificial intelligence, this is a truly groundbreaking solution for rapid development, similar to the way computers and mobile phones were created. The aim of the project is to create a common platform for quantum technologies, involving universities, SMEs and other actors, which will serve to transfer knowledge from universities and research centres to representatives of SMEs and others in order to promote the development and use of this technology. Research centers dealing with this issue will provide the necessary expert information and the latest knowledge and on the basis of available data and create case studies, which will then pass on in a comprehensive and comprehensible form towards the MPS through workshops, networking conferences and other activities. They can then, thanks to their means, continue the following development for the use of these technologies. The reason for creating this platform and exploiting the potential of universities is that they are able to use a comprehensive overview from other entities and pass on this know-how effectively without the prospect of commercial profit. At the same time, the FEL industrial partner will also be involved in the project. It has a large amount of data that needs to be analyzed and will thus represent a pilot representative for the possible use of these technologies.

Die Zukunft der Quantentechnologie ist sehr vielversprechend und birgt innovative Möglichkeiten für den Einsatz von Quantenalgorithmen zur effizienteren Problemlösung in den Bereichen Optimierung, molekulare Simulation und KI. Heutiger Einsatz stellt die Chance für eine beschleunigte Entwicklung in allen Bereichen dar, ähnlich wie die Erfindung des Computers selbst. Ziel des Projekts ist es daher, eine gemeinsame Plattform für Quantentechnologien zu schaffen, an der Hochschulen, KMU und andere Akteure beteiligt sind und die dem Wissenstransfer von Hochschulen und Forschungszentren zu Vertretern von KMU und anderen Akteuren dient, um die Entwicklung und Nutzung dieser Technologie zu fördern. Die FuI-Zentren, die sich mit diesem Thema befassen, erstellen Fallstudien auf der Grundlage verfügbarer Daten, die dann in umfassender und verständlicher Weise über WS, Netzwerkkonferenzen und andere Aktivitäten an die KMU weitergegeben werden. Die KMU werden diese nutzen und weiterentwickeln. Der Grund für die Schaffung dieser Plattform und die Nutzung des Potenzials der Universitäten liegt darin, dass sie in der Lage sind, die umfassenden Erkenntnisse anderer Akteure zu nutzen und dieses Know-how effizient weiterzugeben, ohne dass die Aussicht auf kommerzielle Gewinne besteht. Gleichzeitig wird auch die FEL in das Projekt einbezogen, der PP verfügt über eine große Datenmenge, die analysiert wird, und somit ein Pilot für den möglichen Technologieeinsatz darstellen wird.

Využití kvantových technologií bude představovat evoluci v oblasti využití IT technologií při analýzách a výpočtech. Především v oblastech optimalizace, molekulární simulace a umělé inteligence se jedná o opravdu přelomové řešení pro rychlý vývoj obdobně, jako tomu bylo při vzniku počítačů a mobilních telefonů Smyslem projektu je tak vytvořit společnou platformu pro kvantové technologie, ve které budou zapojeny univerzity, MSP a další aktéři a která bude sloužit pro transfer znalostí ze strany univerzit a výzkumných center směrem k zástupcům MSP a dalším s cílem podporovat rozvoj a využití této technologie. Výzkumná centra, která se danou problematikou zabývají budou podávat potřebné odborné informace a nejnovější poznatky a na základě dostupných dat a vytvářet případové studie, které pak budou dále předávat ucelenou a srozumitelnou formou směrem k MPS prostřednictvím workshopů, networkingových konferencí a dalších aktivit. Ty pak mohou díky svým prostředkům pokračovat v následujícím rozvoji pro využití těchto technologií. Důvod pro vznik této platformy a využití potenciálu univerzit je dán tím, že jsou schopny využít komplexní přehled od ostatních subjektů a toto know-how předávat efektivně dál bez vidiny komerčního zisku. Současně bude do projektu zapojen také průmyslový partner FEL. Disponuje velkým množstvím dat, která je potřeba analyzovat a bude tak představovat pilotního zástupce pro případnou možnost využití těchto technologií.

Expected Achievements (EN):

The main objective of the project is to create a regional platform of research organizations, enterprises and other actors dealing with the use of quantum technologies in the common CZ-BY space and the transfer of information and knowledge to representatives of SMEs (70). Through the involvement of universities on both sides of the border and a BY partner (FEL Wunsiedel) representing an industry representative who will directly find the use of quantum technologies in everyday operations and life and dedicate himself to this area, access to aggregated capabilities and data for both countries, Europe and the world will be ensured. Universities will bring the latest knowledge from their research and available information. Together with the PP, they will then draw up case studies, which they will be able to present in a comprehensible and effective manner to representatives of SMEs and other economic actors. The main direction is thus the creation of a functional community and the transfer of know-how on both sides of the border.

Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Schaffung einer regionalen Plattform von Forschungseinrichtungen, Unternehmen und anderen Akteuren, die im Bereich der Quantentechnologien im gemeinsamen CZ-BY-Raum tätig sind, und die Weitergabe von Informationen und Wissen an KMU-Vertreter (70). Durch die Einbindung von Universitäten beiderseits der Grenze und eines BY-Partners (FEL Wunsiedel), der Industrie vertritt, die den Einsatz von Quantentechnologien im Alltag und im Leben direkt vorfinden und sich mit diesem Bereich näher befassen werden, wird der Zugang zu aggregierten Möglichkeiten und Daten für die Ebene beider Länder, Europas und der Welt gewährleistet. Die Universitäten werden die neuesten Erkenntnisse aus ihrer Forschung und die verfügbaren Informationen einbringen. Gemeinsam mit den PPs werden sie dann Fallstudien zusammenstellen, die den Vertretern von KMU und anderen Wirtschaftsakteuren in klarer und effektiver Weise präsentiert werden können.

Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvoření regionální platformy výzkumných organizací, podniků a dalších aktérů, kteří se zabývají oblastí využívání kvantových technologií ve společném CZ-BY prostoru a předávání informací a znalostí dál zástupcům MSP (70). Díky zapojení univerzit na obou stranách hranice a BY partnera (FEL Wunsiedel) představujícího zástupce průmyslu, který přímo bude nalézat využití kvantových technologií v běžném provozu a životě a věnovat se této oblasti blíže, bude zajištěn přístup k souhrnným možnostem a datům pro na úrovni obou zemí, Evropy i světa. Univerzity přinesou nejnovější poznatky ze svého výzkumu a dostupných informací. Společně s PP pak sestaví případové studie, které budou moci srozumitelně a efektivně prezentovat dál zástupcům MSP a dalším hospodářským aktérům. Hlavním směrem je tak vytvoření funkčního společenství a předávání know-how na obou stranách hranice.

Projekt se zaměřuje na studium materiálů vykazujících zcela nové vlastnosti vysvětlitelné kvantovou fyzikou, vlastností těchto materiálů jsou ovlivněny kvantovými jevy, jež se vyskytují na úrovni atomů a subatomárních částic jako jsou elektrony a fotony. Tyto jevy ovlivňují chování materiálů v makroskopickém měřítku, což se projevuje jejich neobvyklými vlastnostmi. (CS)

Other Národní výzkumná a inovační strategie pro inteligentní specializaci
Projekt přispívá k naplňování Národní výzkumné a inovační strategii pro inteligentní specializaci (Národní RIS3 strategie = NRIS3) v oblasti Výzkum, vývoj a inovace pro podnikání a Veřejný výzkum a vývoj. Ve vazbě na předložený projekt jsou relevantní specifické cíle zaměřené na posilování inovační výkonnosti stávajících firem a reakce na průmyslovou transformaci, technologické a společenské změny a dále zlepšení fungování inovačních ekosystémů na národní i regionální úrovni. Zapojením veřejných výzkumných organizací jsou naplňovány i další specifické cíle, zejména zvýšení kvality a společenské relevance veřejného výzkumu, zejména podpora zvýšení míry internacionalizace českého výzkumu (a to například ve smyslu většího zapojení do mezinárodních programů a projektů a podpoře a rozvoji spolupráce výzkumné sféry s aplikační sférou (s důrazem na rozvoj dlouhodobé spolupráce) a transfer technologií). Společnou realizací je podpořeno partnerství obcí a MSP v CZ-BY příhraničí. Povahou aplikačního výzkumu v přeshraničním dopadu a transferu know-how naplňuje projekt národní strategii programu OP TAK. Současně díky zapojení projektových partnerů z řadu univerzit přispívá projekt k naplňování třetího pilíře Makroregionální strategie EU pro Podunají v prioritních oblastech 7 a 8.
