- Purchase of specific equipment to improve the capacity and quality of the emergency intervention system, the provision of emergency medical assistance and qualified first aid in the North-East Region - SMIS 23396, financed by ROP 2007-2013, Axis 3, DMI 3.3. EURONEST implemented the project code SMIS 23396 through which 30 ambulances were purchased: 24 ambulances type B (first aid) and 6 ambulances type C (reanimation), of which 4+1 for Iași. They were given to the inspectorates for emergency situations in the northeast region, which have the quality of end user in SMURD type interventions. (EN) | This project aims to improve the ambulance fleet of CAS Iași (Romania), as well as PMSI NCPEMA (Republic of Moldova), to improve the response time in providing emergency medical assistance to patients who call 112. Thus, for patients who call in 112 of the area targeted by the project, it will be possible to register an improvement in the response time for the provision of emergency medical assistance in the pre-hospital phase. (EN), Improving the capacity and quality of the emergency intervention system in winter conditions – SMIS 48572, financed by ROP 2007-2013, Axis 3, DMI 3.3. Another project implemented by EURONEST had as its objective the purchase of special vehicles necessary for winter interventions, in conditions of massive/continuous snowfall. Thus, 6 tracked/wheeled UTV vehicles equipped with a patient transport stretcher were purchased for providing first aid and transporting patients in winter, from areas where ambulances cannot reach, due to snow-blocked roads. (EN) | Through new ambulances and AEDs installed in public places for quick interventions in patients who suffer a heart attack in public places, the current project contributes to equipping the project area with mobile infrastructure and fixed specialized equipment with the aim of intervening as quickly as possible and efficient in saving human lives. (EN), The project to modernize the equipment for training in the provision of medical first aid within the National Center for Emergency Medical Care - financed by the Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Moldova, implemented in the period 2018-2020. NCEMC's Emergency and Disaster Medicine Training Center has been equipped with 40 high-fidelity manikins, which has contributed to increasing the quality of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, which is ongoing among medical staff and non-medical of the institution. (EN) | As part of the project, two training sessions will be organized for the specialized ambulance staff, during which intervention methods will be taught in cases of cardio-respiratory arrest and stroke, the first ailments from the list of diseases that require emergency medical assistance. These trainings come with a novelty: the staff employed by one partner will be trained by trainers from the other partner, thus ensuring a transfer of common emergency medical knowledge, methods and procedures.
