Energietransitie: Noodzakelijk in deze tijd van veranderingen In de huidige wereld is de energietransitie cruciaal. Recente gebeurtenissen, zoals de oorlog in Oekraïne, hebben de kwetsbaarheid van Europa aan het licht gebracht wat betreft de afhankelijkheid van geïmporteerde fossiele energie. Deze afhankelijkheid vormt een aanzienlijke bedreiging voor de energiezekerheid en stabiliteit van de regio. De uitdaging ligt in het verminderen van deze afhankelijkheid door het bevorderen van duurzame en lokale energiebronnen. Dit zal helpen bij het opbouwen van een veerkrachtig energie-ecosysteem dat minder vatbaar is voor externe schokken en geopolitieke invloeden. De AMV Energy Learning Community is een stap voorwaarts in deze richting, met een focus op innovatieve oplossingen en strategieën. Het moet anders, daar zijn we ons allemaal inmiddels van bewust. We willen dit proces versnellen en met innovatieve opleidingsmethoden de omslag maken. Het doel is om een robuust en zelfvoorzienend energielandschap te creëren dat bijdraagt aan een groenere en meer duurzame toekomst. Waarom doen we het? De hoofddoelstelling van de Energy Learning Community is het opzetten van een grensoverschrijdende samenwerking die zich richt op het inrichten van processen en het ontwikkelen van onderwijsmaterialen en tools. Dit alles met het doel om de verschillende betrokkenen—zoals arbeidskrachten, bedrijven, arbeidsmarktbemiddelaars, onderwijsinstellingen en overheden—in het energieopslagdomein van de energietransitie actief en op grensoverschrijdende wijze bij te laten dragen. Samen maken we de energietransitie tot een succes. Uiteindelijk willen we meer en relevanter opgeleide arbeidskrachten voor bedrijven in de energieopslagsector. Dit kan zowel voor grote als kleine bedrijven. Zo komt er meer gespecialiseerd personeel beschikbaar. Een nieuwe tijd vraagt om de ontwikkeling van andere vaardigheden van arbeidskrachten. Wat gaan we doen? Ontwikkeling van onderwijsmateriaal: de nadruk ligt op het ontwikkelen van relevant en up-to-date onderwijsmateriaal dat aansluit bij de behoeften van de snel veranderende energieopslagsector. Dit materiaal zal worden ontwikkeld in samenwerking tussen verschillende stakeholders, waaronder onderwijsinstellingen en bedrijven, om ervoor te zorgen dat het effectief is in het opleiden van bekwame arbeidskrachten. Toekomstige medewerkers leren de benodigde vaardigheden in proeflabs zodat ze naast de nodige theorie ook meteen voorbereid worden op de praktijk.Matchmaking tussen arbeidskrachten en bedrijven: dat betekent dat we de juiste arbeidskrachten gaan koppelen aan jouw bedrijf. Er zijn nu immers grote tekorten. Dit project helpt om de kloof tussen vraag en aanbod op de arbeidsmarkt te overbruggen. Medewerkers die kennis van zaken hebben van de energietransitie, daar streven we naar.Focus op grensgebieden en energieopslag: de grensoverschrijdende samenwerking zal zich blijven richten op grensgebieden en energieopslag, met specifieke aandacht voor het aanpakken van arbeidsmarktkrapte en het bevorderen van technologische vooruitgang en innovatie in deze gebieden. We bundelen de krachten en er is een intensieve samenwerking tussen België en Nederland. Zo wisselen we kennis uit en leren we van elkaar.

Energy transition: Necessary in this time of change In today’s world, the energy transition is crucial. Recent events, such as the war in Ukraine, have exposed Europe’s vulnerability to imported fossil fuels. This dependency poses a significant threat to the region’s energy security and stability. The challenge lies in reducing this dependency by promoting sustainable and local energy sources. This will help build a resilient energy ecosystem that is less susceptible to external shocks and geopolitical influences. The AMV Energy Learning Community is a step forward in this direction, with a focus on innovative solutions and strategies. We are all aware of this by now. We want to accelerate this process and make the shift with innovative training methods. The goal is to create a robust and self-sufficient energy landscape that contributes to a greener and more sustainable future. Why do we do it? The main objective of the Energy Learning Community is to set up a cross-border collaboration that focuses on setting up processes and developing educational materials and tools. All this with the aim of having the various stakeholders—such as workers, companies, labor market intermediaries, educational institutions and governments—in the energy storage domain of the energy transition contribute actively and in a cross-border manner. Together we make the energy transition a success. Ultimately, we want more and more relevantly trained workers for companies in the energy storage sector. This can be done for both large and small companies. In this way, more specialized personnel becomes available. A new era requires the development of different skills of workers. What are we going to do? Development of educational material: the emphasis is on developing relevant and up-to-date educational material that meets the needs of the rapidly changing energy storage sector. This material will be developed in collaboration between various stakeholders, including educational institutions and companies, to ensure that it is effective in training skilled workers. Future employees learn the necessary skills in pilot labs so that, in addition to the necessary theory, they are also immediately prepared for practice.Matchmaking between workers and companies: this means that we will match the right workers to your company. After all, there are currently major shortages. This project helps to bridge the gap between supply and demand on the labor market. Employees who have knowledge of the energy transition, that is what we strive for.Focus on border areas and energy storage: cross-border cooperation will continue to focus on border areas and energy storage, with specific attention to tackling labor market shortages and promoting technological progress and innovation in these areas. We join forces and there is intensive cooperation between Belgium and the Netherlands. In this way, we exchange knowledge and learn from each other.
