Description (EN):

The purpose of the project is to gather and analyse the strategical development plans, - programmes and most important regional development projects of the Helsinki- Tallinn metropolitan region. A cooperation network of planning and regional development officials is established and models for co-operation are developed. A common planning and programming methodology enables a better implementation of joint plans and projects. As a result, cross-border cooperation and its results improve during the next programming period and joint projects are more consistent with development strategies. The target group of the project is the planning and regional development officials of Helsinki, Tallinn, Uusimaa, Raplamaa and Harjumaa.
