Description (EN):

Reconstruction of the open air stage at the European Huguenots park in Schwedt as efficient theatre with 430 places for at least 52 events including German-Polish co-productions as interregional touristic attraction. Development of the nature park Dolina Miłości as German-Polish meeting place for common leisure time facilities, experiences of nature, recreation and communication.

Achievements (DE):

Stand: 15.07.2014 Im Mittelpunkt des Projektes standen die Wiederherstellung, Neugestaltung und inhaltliche Anreicherung des ehemaligen Schlossparks in der Stadt Schwedt/Oder und des Naturparks „Tal der Liebe“ (Dolina Miłości) in Zaton Dolna. Die Parks sind beiderseits der Oder nur ca. 5 km voneinander entfernt. Mit dem Rad kann man über eine grenzüberbrückende direkte Wegeverbindung in nur 20 Minuten von einem Park in den anderen gelangen. Der Europäische Hugenottenpark in Schwedt wurde nach französischem Vorbild gestaltet. Die Wiederherstellung des Kernareals des Naturparks Dolina Miłości, mit seiner Lage im Oder angrenzenden Hügelgebiet, entspricht dem englischen Stil. Das ehemalige Forsthaus (Thomashaus) im Naturpark dient als deutsch-polnische Begegnungsstätte. Außerdem wurde die Freilichtbühne der Uckermärkischen Bühnen Schwedt im Europäischen Hugenottenpark als modernes Theater- und Veranstaltungszentrum mit 430 Plätzen umgebaut. Für jedes Jahr werden vielfältige Veranstaltungen geplant, einschließlich spannender deutsch-polnischer Koproduktionen. Im Rahmen der Marketingmaßnahmen haben die Partner gemeinsam eine deutsch-polnische Publikation, Flyer, eine Broschüre über die Legende vom „Tal der Liebe“ sowie einen Film mit dem Titel „Kultur und Natur an der Oder“ herausgegeben. Das Projekt wurde abgeschlossen.
