Description (EN):

To create Cross Border and Local Learning Networks comprised of key actors involved with the health and education of children and the well being of communities in order to: - learn from different cultures; - foster mutual understanding of different methods of service delivery; - explore opportunities for reducing health inequalities in schools and local communities. By using food as a focus, this health-focused Project will stimulate interest in healthier lifestyles through professional, social and cultural exchanges and will increase community involvement in local projects, further community development, improve the lives of the citizen and enhance human and social capital. The Project will also increase access for all children, their families and the wider community into a range of cultural activities focused on the enjoyment of healthy eating.
