Description

Description (EN): The overall objective of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of key staff of public employment services in Warminsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and Kaliningrad Oblast.

Achievements (EN):

1. Increased knowledge of vocational counselors and job placement agents in Voivodeship Labour Office in Olsztyn and Agency of Employment in Kaliningrad oblast, which would result into more effective employment processes in the project area. 2. 80% project’s events participants will increase their work productivity and efficiency. 3. Joint workshops, seminars, conferences organized. 4. Bilingual publication - a manual of good practices in the field of counseling and job placement printed. 5. Equipment as well as research tools - psychological tests and training games purchased. 6. Information exchange and widening of the knowledge about situation on the labour market of both partners of the project, including employment problems of SMEs’ (statistic materials and other elaborations) are done on the regular basis. 7. Further cooperation of both Partners in form of signing of partnership agreement is established. 8. Opportunities for cooperation between labour market institutions, local and cross-border Partnerships (partnership forum) are created.

Expected Results (EN):

- 4 two-day organizational meetings, 2 five-day workshops, 2 three-day seminars, 2 two-day conferences; - tab on the websites of both Partners; - purchased equipment - research tools - psychological tests and training games purchased for the workshop; - promotional and informative materials; - one bilingual publication - a manual of good practices in the field of counselling and job placement. - 32 workshop participants; - 70 participants in seminars; - 130 participants in two conferences; - print publications issued – 200 pieces; - the number of people informed about the Project - 200 persons. - increasing knowledge and skills of key staff; - increasing of self-esteem of workshops participants; - increasing work productivity and efficiency; - exchange the information and widening the knowledge about situation on the labour market both Partners, including employment problems of SME;
