Description

Description (EN): The overall objective of the project is development of the cooperation between Warmia and Mazury Region (Poland) and Kaliningrad Region District (Russia) oriented at the improvement of cross-border sports education of the residents of these areas.

Achievements (EN):

1. 1 one-day seminar followed by the conference with 50 participants organised 2. 1 football pitch with 251 seats modernized 3. 3 two-day visits for 44 participants organised 4. 1 two-day workshop in Ketrzyn for 18 participants and 1 two-day workshop in Oziersk with 15 participants organised 5. 200 lessons for 290 participants held 6. Painting contests in Oziersk and Ketrzyn for 60 participants organised. 7. 3 two-days competitions/tournament (football, volleyball and table tennis) in Ketrzyn for 60 participants organised. 8. 3 two-days competitions/tournament (football, volleyball and table tennis) in Oziersk for 60 participants organised. 9. 2 two-days international volleyball competitions in Ketrzyn and Oziersk (80 participants) organised. 10. 2-days Сheckers, chess competition in Ketrzyn (15 participants) organised; 11. 2-days Football competition at the new stadium in Ketrzyn (20 participants) 1-day competition (mini football 2015) in Oziersk (20 participants) 2-days Partner Sport Days (70 participants) 12. 1 conference followed by the football tournament (2-days event) for 119 participants organised 13. 1 one-day event for 58 participants organised 1 cooperation contract signed 14. 9 articles in the newspapers, 3 TV broadcasts, 12 banners/bords, 70 posters, 1230 pieces of promotional materials

Expected Results (EN):

1. Increase in the number of residents of Kętrzyn and Ozyorsk areas having access to the sport education and sport facilities. 2. Modernized sport field in Lazdoje and prepared technical documentation on the renovation of the Sports School and creation of the football pitch in Ozyorsk. 3. Study visit and workshops on different sports types for the physical education teachers, sport trainers and instructors, sport lessons, workshops and competitions/tournaments for children, teenagers and adults organized in Kętrzyn and Ozyorsk Districts.
