Im Zuge der Internationalisierung und gemeinsamen Standortentwicklung im Kooperationsraum Österreich-Ungarn haben die bilateralen Geschäftsbeziehungen in den letzten Jahren rasant zugenommen. Die Herausforderungen der Zusammenarbeit liegen oftmals im kulturellen Unverständnis fremder, wenn auch benachbarter Arbeitskulturen. Weiters ergeben sich durch die länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit häufig hohe Overheadkosten. Im Rahmen von OPTICOM sollen daher – durch gezielten interkulturellen Kompetenzaufbau und den effizienten Einsatz innovativer Kooperations- und Kommunikationstechnologien – die grenzüberschreitenden Geschäftsbeziehungen optimiert und somit die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Gesamtregion gesteigert werden. Als Hauptzielgruppe des Projekts wurden Unternehmen, insbesondere KMUs beiderseits der Grenze, welche in aktiven grenzüberschreitenden Geschäftsbeziehungen stehen oder Interesse an solchen haben, definiert. Angesprochen sind aber auch öffentliche Einrichtungen sowie Schlüsselakteure im Projektgebiet. Im Rahmen des Projektes werden folgende Aufgaben verwirklicht: - Datenerhebung interkultureller und kommunikationstechnologischer Spezifika - Länder-Trainings mit WIFI Zertifizierung - Train the trainer Schulungen - Aufbau eines OPTICOM-Kompetenzpools mit einem Verzeichnis qualifizierter TrainerInnen

Achievements (DE):

Die wichtigsten qualitativen Ergebnisse des Projekts sind die folgenden: 1. Verbreitung (Webseite, Projekt Branding, Kommunikationsplan, Pressedossier, Prospekt, Roadshows, Workshops) 2. Studien und Dokumente (Führungen zu den Regionen, 300 ausgefüllte Fragebögen, Interviews, Datenbank, Handbuch, Aussicht) 3. Trainings (Trainer und Berater-Pool, ausgebildet / befragten Unternehmen, Train-the -Trainer Paket, bilateraler „Train the Trainer“ Ausbildung) Die Trainingsmaterialien (5 Module) sind in erster Linie an TrainerInnen und Multiplikatoren in div. Wirtschaftsplattformen und Unternehmen im Projektgebiet (Ostösterreich-Westungarn) adressiert.
