The project promotes the collaboration between the communities and contributes to the elimination of the border’s negative effects. The objective of the project is to create professional cooperation between the organizations of the 2 counties. During the project implementation a two days long technical conferences took place in Nyíregyháza and in Satu Mare. The participants at the conference visited children's homes and foster families. 70 child protection staff members and 200 foster parents participated in the professional days. The professional events provided facilities to get acquainted with the different methodology to identify the common problems and to work out common solutions. As a result of the project the child protection organizations in the two counties cooperate more efficient and their competence was improved. The target groups of the project are experts who work for the hosting families network and the children involved in the system ,as well as child protection institution system of the two countries
