Description (EN): The overall objective of the project is protection and improvement of condition of natural environment and strengthening cross-border cooperation in the Polish-Ukrainian borderland (Mazowieckie region and Lviv region) within 5 years after the project realization

1.1 Number of thermo modernized public utility facilities on the Polish side – 6 1.2 The surface of public buildings undergoing thermo modernization works- 3 550,95 m2 1.3 Number of exchanged street lamps – 160 items 2.1 Number of thermo modernized public utility facilities on the Ukrainian side – 1 2.2 The surface of public buildings undergoing thermo modernization works - 498,8 m2 3.1. Number of joint conferences – 2 conferences 3.2 Number of participants of conferences - 80 participants/per conference 3.3. Number of joint workshops – 2 workshops 3.4 Number of participants of workshops –80 participants/per workshop 3.5. Number of joint informational- promotional festival "Good practice in ecology and environmental protection on the territory of Gmina Sokolow Podlaski– 1 festival 3.6 Number of participants of promotional festival–140 participants 3.7. Number of prepared promotional/ informative materials:informational and promotional booklets- 200 items (Applicant); information boards – 7 items (Applicant), 1 item (Partner);nformation boards – 7 items (Applicant), 0 item (Partner);newspaper ads- 5 items (Applicant), 2 items (Partner);radio broadcasts- 1 contract (Applicant) 3.8. Increased number of public buildings with improved thermo modernisation of the borderland regions:by 6 public buildings in Sokolow Podlaski (Mazowieckie region); by 1 public building in Novoyavorivsk(Lviv region) 1. Improvement of thermo modernisation of public utility facilities on the territory of Sokolow Podlaski Commune (Poland). 2. Improvement of thermo modernisation of public utility facilities on the territory of Novoyarivsk District (Ukraine). 3 The population of cross-border regions (Mazowieckie region and Lviv region) is aware of the accessibility of thermo modernized buildings and environmental protection issues raised by the project
