Description (EN):

The region where the project is to be implemented is characterised by a relatively slow economic growth and needs timely and effective measures to improve medical infrastructure and enhance the skills of the medical personnel in the Polish-Belarusian border region. The aim of the project is to establish new standard of co-operation between Polish and Belarusian doctors facilitating the development of telemedicine as an efficient patient diagnostic tool in the borderland area. The project envisions the innovative measure of introducing digital diagnostics as an effective method to meet the growing demand for quality diagnostics in the borderland area. As such, the project presupposes the purchase of medical equipment, carrying out and analysis of medical tests, elaboration of strategic document on the base of the conducted tests, cross-border training sessions for personnel, sharing best practices among doctors, etc.
