Description (NL):

Het project bevordert het ontwikkelen van een grensoverschrijdende arbeids- en opleidingsmarkt in het Samenwerkingsprogramma INTERREG V A Deutschland-Nederland om het dreigend tekort aan gekwalificeerde werknemers het hoofd te bieden en de concurrentiepositie van het bedrijfsleven in de grensregio te versterken. Bestaande initiatieven van verschillende lokale en regionale actoren moeten binnen dit koepelproject systematisch worden geïntegreerd, op elkaar afgestemd en met elkaar worden verweven. Daarbij is het van wezenlijk belang om op dit gebied transparantie te creëren in de regio Noord-Nederland en het gebied Weser-Ems. Zo moet de samenwerking worden geïntensiveerd en worden voorkomen dat er langs elkaar heen wordt gewerkt omdat men niet op de hoogte is van bestaande initiatieven. De focus van de activiteiten is gericht op de vraag vanuit het regionale bedrijfsleven in de grensregio. De basis voor het project is een strategische en duurzame netwerkvorming tussen alle partners op het gebied van arbeids- en onderwijsmarkt in de gehele regio.

Das Projekt dient der Entwicklung eines grenzübergreifenden Arbeits- und Ausbildungsmarktes im Kooperationsprogramm INTERREG V A Deutschland-Nederland, um dem drohenden Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften zu begegnen und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Wirtschaft in der Grenzregion zu steigern. Vorhandene Initiativen der unterschiedlichen lokalen und regionalen Akteure sollen systematisch in diesem Dachprojekt integriert, aufeinander abgestimmt und miteinander verknüpft werden. Grundlegend ist es hierfür, Transparenz für diesen Bereich in der Gesamtregion Nordniederlande und Weser-Ems zu schaffen. So soll die Zusammenarbeit intensiviert und paralleles Arbeiten aus Unkenntnis der vorhandenen Initiativen vermieden werden. Der Fokus der Aktivitäten ist auf den Bedarf der regionalen Wirtschaft in der Grenzregion ausgerichtet. Die Basis des Projektes ist die strategische und langfristige Vernetzung aller Arbeits- und Ausbildungsmarktpartner in der gesamten Region.

Description (EN):

The project conduces to the development of a cross-border market for employments and apprenticeships within the cooperation INTERREG V A Deutschland-Nederland, to fight the upcoming lack of skilled employees and to encourage the economy's competitiveness in the border area. Existing initiatives of different local and regional actors are meant to be integrated into this umbrella project, as well as matched and connected witch each other. Therefore it is necessary to provide transparency in the whole region of the Northern Netherlands and Weser-Ems. This is how the co-operation is meant to be extended and parallel working resulting from existing initiative's lack of knowledge is to be avoided. The focus clearly is on the needs of the local economy. The project's basis is a strategical and sustainable connection of all employment and apprenticeship partners on the market of the whole region.
