Le développement du tourisme durable,intégré à la mobilité douce et à l’inter-modalité,représente un facteur de croissance socio-économique pour l'ensemble de la zone géographique du programme.La présence de zones naturelles protégées,du patrimoine culturel et archéologique constitue une réelle valeur ajoutée des territoires de la Toscane,Ligurie,PACA,la Corse et la Sardaigne. Les défis communs,qui seront conjointement relevés par tous,permettront l'identification et la gestion intégrée d'un système d'itinéraires touristiques durables et transversal,notamment par la promotion touristique du cyclisme et de la randonnée. L'objectif principal est d'augmenter le nombre de visiteurs tout le long de l’année au sein de la zone transfrontalière,à travers un plan de gestion conjoint de l'itinéraire touristique durable.A ce titre seront prévus:étude de faisabilité de l’itinéraire,documents techniques concernant les critères «qualité»,actions conjointes de promotion et outils pour une gestion unique et unilatérale.Les changements attendus sont une meilleure collaboration entre l'Administration Publique,une plus grande diversification touristique,la mise en œuvre de l'intégration entre l’offre tourisme et l'offre intermodale,une plus grande implication des PME dans le secteur du tourisme,une collaboration accrue entre l'Administration Publique et les PME,la naissance de réseaux liant sociétés et acteurs territoriaux transfrontalière pour la gestion de l'offre et de service,une plus grande implication de la population locale et des visiteurs;mais aussi identification de nouveaux itinéraires thématiques partagés grâce à des outils de ITC.De meilleurs résultats peuvent être atteints grâce à une approche commune transfrontalière.Les principaux bénéficiaires seront les acteurs de l’Administration Publiques,des parcs et des BBCC,des PME,des touristes.Les aspects innovants couvriraient mode de gestion conjointe transfrontalière,le secteur des services et de la promotion.

Lo sviluppo di un turismo sostenibile, integrato con la mobilità dolce e l'intermodalità, rappresenta una prospettiva di crescita socio- economica per tutta l'area transfrontaliera. La presenza di aree naturali protette, beni culturali e archeologici rappresenta il valore aggiunto dei territori della Toscana, Liguria, PACA, Corsica e Sardegna. La sfida comune affrontata in maniera congiunta consiste nell'individuazione e nella gestione integrata di un sistema di itinerari turistici sostenibili, che interessi tutti i territori dell'area partner senza soluzione di continuità, in particolare promuovendo il turismo ciclabile e escursionistico. L'obiettivo generale è quello di aumentare il numero dei turisti e la presenza nel corso dell'anno nell'area transfrontaliera, attraverso un piano di gestione congiunto dell'itinerario turistico sostenibile. Sarà individuato l'itinerario (studio di fattibilità), gli standard (documenti tecnici), le azioni di promozione congiunta e gli strumenti per una gestione unitaria (accordi, piani integrati, tavoli permanenti). I cambiamenti attesi sono una maggiore collaborazione tra PA, una maggiore diversificazione della presenza turistica, un'implementazione dell'integrazione tra offerta turistica e quella intermodale, un maggior coinvolgimento delle PMI del settore turistico, una maggiore collaborazione tra PA e PMI, la nascita di reti di impresa/concorsi territoriali e transfrontalieri per la prestazione e la gestione dei servizi, un maggiore coinvolgimento della popolazione locale e dei turisti anche nell’individuazione di nuovi percorsi tematici nella loro condivisione tramite strumenti ICT. Migliori risultati potranno essere raggiunti attraverso un approccio transfrontaliero congiunto. Principali beneficiari saranno le PA, i Parchi e i BBCC, le PMI, turisti e cittadini. Gli aspetti innovativi riguarderanno la modalità di gestione congiunta transfrontaliera, il settore dei servizi e della promozione con ampio uso delle tecnologie ICT

The development of sustainable tourism, integrated with soft mobility and intermodality, represents a prospect of socio-economic growth for the entire cross-border area. Protected natural areas, together with cultural and archaeological heritage, are the added value of the regions of Tuscany, Liguria, PACA, Corsica and Sardinia. The shared challenge consists in identifying and managing an integrated system of sustainable tourist routes promoting cycling and hiking throughout all partner areas without interruptions. The general objective is to increase the number of tourists in the cross-border area all year long, through a joint management plan of sustainable tourist routes. This project will identify the itinerary (feasibility study), standards (technical documents), joint promotion actions and unitary management tools (agreements, integrated plans and permanent round tables). The expected changes are greater collaboration between public administrations, greater tourist diversification, integration of tourism and intermodal supplies, greater involvement of SMEs in the tourism sector, greater cooperation between local governments and SMEs, the birth of domestic and cross-border business networks for service provision and management and greater sharing of thematic routes by locals and tourists through ICT tools. A joint cross-border approach can achieve better results. Public administrations, parks, cultural heritage, SMEs, tourists and locals will be the primary beneficiaries. The innovative aspects will concern joint cross-border management and the services and promotion sector with extensive use of ICT technologies.
