Proposed by companies in the extended tourism sector with in-depth knowledge of their locations, including not only catering and hospitality, but also cultural services and artisanal and agri-food productions, this project deals in an innovative and cross-border way with the challenge of increasing tourist attraction in the cooperation area, through the enhancement and certification of Cultural Identity, composed from the environmental, social and cultural sustainability of cross-border companies. Cultural identity enhances the competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized companies based in blue and green tourism areas. The general objective is to promote the cooperation area's tourist destination image with a standard "Cultural Identity" quality brand defined through a debate between communities and companies. This brand will have legal value, such as those of the ISO:9000 standard, and will allow companies to meet the expectations of "conscious tourists". SMARTIC's specific objectives are as follows: Defining cross-border standards for a tourist brand; providing SMEs with tools for growth to certify and develop 90 companies; promoting companies adopting the brand and the pilot areas and providing a brand logo, web platform and tourist guide for "conscious tourists". Expected changes: More competitive micro and SMEs of the tourism sector of the pilot areas. Increased tourist arrivals from outside the cooperation area. Innovative bottom-up participatory approach, open to all local stakeholders to define widely shared cross-border standards.

Le projet S.M.A.R.T.I.C. est proposé par des entreprises touristiques bien ancrées dans leurs territoires respectifs. Il fait face de manière innovante et transfrontalière au défi de l’étalement de la saison touristique dans l’aire de coopération au travers d’une action de marketing et le renforcement de la compétitivité des TPE et PME du secteur s’articulant autour des principes du tourisme bleu et vert. Le projet vise à réaliser initiatives de développement et valorisation de produits écotouristiques soutenant les opérateurs du secteur touristique hôtelier, artisanal et agroalimentaire engagés dans une démarche de qualité et de durabilité. Objectif général du projet : promouvoir l’image et l’attractivité de l’aire de coopération par la définition des standards, partagés par les stakeholder locaux, d’une MARQUE DE QUALITÉ TOURISTIQUE dans une logique de « Cobrainding ». Celle-ci sera attribuée à des entreprises actives dans des aires pilote identifiées sur des critères de respect identitaire, social et environnemental en lien avec les attentes d’un profil de touriste « conscient ». Objectifs spécifiques du projet : Définition de standards communs d’une marque transfrontalière ; output : marque touristique Attribution de la marque à 90 entreprises des aires pilotes ; output : au terme de l’action certification d’un minimum de 160 entreprises dans la période du programme. Valorisation et promotion de la marque, des entreprises qui l’ont adoptée ; output : logotype de la marque, plateforme web, 1 guide touristique adressé aux « touristes conscients » et apport de plus fortes compétences et dispositifs technologiques aux entreprises. Changements attendus : Croissance des compétences et de la compétitivité des TPE et PME de la filière touristique Croissance de l’activité touristique des territoires de l’aire de coopération Innovation : approche participative bottom up, ouverte à tous les stakeholder locaux pour définir standards transfrontaliers amplement partagés.

Proposto da imprese della filiera turistica allargata, comprendente non solo i settori della ristorazione e ricettivo, ma anche servizi culturali, produzioni artigianali ed agroalimentari, con profonda conoscenza dei rispettivi territori, il progetto S.MAR.T.I.C. affronta in modo innovativo e transfrontaliero la sfida dell’aumento di attrattiva turistica dell’area di cooperazione, attraverso la valorizzazione e certificazione dell'Identità Culturale, composta da sostenibilità ambientale, sociale e culturale delle imprese transfrontaliere. L'identità culturale diventa l'elemento di forza per il rafforzamento della competitività delle MPMI di settore attive in zone vocate al turismo delle filiere blu e verde. Obiettivo generale: promuovere l’immagine dell’area di cooperazione come meta turistica con la definizione, attraverso il confronto fra le comunità e le imprese, di uno standard per un marchio di qualità, ”Identità Culturale”,marchio che avrà valore legale, come quelle della norma ISO:9000, e permetterà alle imprese di soddisfare le aspettative di “turisti consapevoli”. Obiettivi specifici di SMARTIC sono: Definizione di standard comuni di un marchio transfrontaliero; output: marchio turistico Fornire strumenti di crescita alle PMI; output: certificazione e sviluppo di 90 imprese Valorizzazione e promozione delle imprese che lo hanno adottato e delle aree pilota; output: logotipo del marchio, piattaforma web, 1 guida turistica ad uso dei “turisti consapevoli”. Cambiamenti attesi: Rendere più competitive le micro e PMI della filiera turistica delle aree pilota Aumentare gli arrivi turistici da fuori area di cooperazione Innovatività: approccio partecipativo bottom-up, aperto a tutti gli stakeholder locali per definire standard transfrontalieri ampiamente condivisi.
