Il progetto PROMETEA è nato dall’iniziativa di un partenariato composto da attori diversi:Regione Toscana in veste di capofila,Agenzia Laore e Avitem detentori delle strategie di policy,QUINN e Università di Sassari detentori del know-how e CCIAS rappresentante delle imprese.PROMETEA punta a soddisfare tre sfide principali:il supporto all’innovazione delle micro,piccole e medie imprese già esistenti e all’autoimprenditorialità dei giovani con un’attenzione particolare per l’imprenditorialità femminile;favorire la messa in rete delle imprese al fine di offrire dei servizi eco-turistici integrati e dei percorsi di turismo esperienziale che rispondano sempre più ad una domanda turistica più attenta alla qualità e al rispetto dell’ambiente(rural users);l’individuazione di un approccio comune per la definizione di un marchio di qualità nell’area transfrontaliera.Per rispondere a queste sfide PROMETEA mira a:individuare,modellizzare e promuovere modelli di imprenditorialità multifunzionale con carattere di innovazione sociale e sostenibilità;potenziare il sistema di conoscenza del gruppo target attraverso la formulazione di percorsi formativi per l’innovazione “Innovation Way” e seminari all’autoimprenditorialità nelle Università;stipulare dei protocolli congiunti per l’introduzione di contratti di rete e del ruolo di“manager di rete”che agevoli il networking tra PMI.Il networking permetterà di promuovere dei percorsi eco-turistici non stagionali e sarà espressione della connessione tra zone costiere,rurali e urbane.L’innovazione non risiederà solo nel processo di modellizzazione e networking ma anche nel metodo adottato per la formulazione di un approccio comune nell’acquisizione di un marchio collettivo di qualità.Si privilgerà un approccio collaborativo,con la realizzazione di un percorso di progettazione partecipata transfrontaliera (sessioni di studio,visite guidate) che coinvolgerà tutti gli stakeholders di progetto.

Description (EN):

A partnership of different actors initiated this project: Regione Toscana as the leader, policy strategy holders Laore and Avitem Agencies, know-how holders QUINN and University of Sassari and CCIAS, representing businesses. PROMETEA will take on three challenges. Firstly, it will support innovation in micro, small and medium-sized companies and young people's self-entrepreneurship, especially young women. Secondly, it will promote business networks that will offer integrated eco-tourism services and experiential tourism routes to meet the growing demand for quality and environmental awareness coming from rural users. Thirdly, it will identify a common cross-border approach for the definition of a quality brand. To meet these challenges, PROMETEA will identify, design and promote multifunctional entrepreneurial models geared towards social innovation and sustainability. It will be strengthening the knowledge system of the target group through the formulation of innovation training paths and self-entrepreneurship courses in universities, stipulating joint protocols for the introduction of network contracts and the role of "network manager" to facilitate SME networking. Networking will promote non-seasonal eco-tourism routes and connect coastal, rural and urban areas. Modelling and networking will not be the only elements of the innovation; another will be the method adopted to approach the acquisition of a shared quality brand. It will be a collaborative approach, including a cross-border participatory planning process (study sessions, guided tours), and involve all project stakeholders

Le projet PROMETEA est le fruit d’un partenariat composé par des acteurs différents:Région Toscane en tant que chef de file,Agence Laore e AViTeM détenteurs de stratégie politiques, QUINN et Université de Sassari porteurs de know-how et CCIAS répresentant des entreprises. PROMETEA vise à répondre à trois grands défis : le soutien à l’innovation des micros, petites et moyennes entreprises déjà existantes et à l’auto-entrepreneuriat des jeunes avec une attention pour l’entreprenariat féminin; le support à la mise en réseau d’entreprises afin de fournir des services éco-touristique integrés et des itinéraires touristiques expérientiels capable de répondre de plus en plus à une demande touristique plus attentive à la qualité et au respect de l’environnement (rural users);l’identification d’une approche commune pour la définition d’une marque de qualité transfrontalière. Pour répondre à ces défis PROMETEA vise à identifier, modeliser et promouvoir les modèles d’entrepreneuriat multifunctionnels avec un caractère d’innovation sociale et durabilité ; de renforcer le système de connaissance des groupes cibles à travers l’élaboration des modules de formation sur l’innovation « Innovation way » et les séminaires sur l’auto-entreprenauriat dans les Universités ; la confirmation des protocoles communs pour la mise en place de « contrats de réseau » et le role de « manager de réseau » pour faciliter la connexion entre zones côtieres, rurales et urbaines. L’innovation ne réside pas seulement dans le processus de modélisation et networking mais aussi à la méthode adoptée pour l'élaboration d'une approche commune dans l'acquisition d'une marque collective de qualité.En effet le projet adoptera une approche collaborative qui verra une semaine de travail autour d'une conception partecipative transfrontalière(session d'étude et visites guidées)qui impliquera toutes les parties prenantes du projet.
