Description (EN):

Project aims to improve youth and children at risk situation in Elektrėnai and Filipów municipalities by strengthening social care service provision and creating new infrastructure. In the frame of the project 2 youth centres in Elektrėnai and Filipów will be renovated and equipped. In both municipalities the cross-sectorial cooperation initiatives as well as cross-border cooperation network will be developed. Members of NGOs and representatives of institutions providing social services will be invited to cooperate and provide efficient social services for youth and children at risk. Moreover, the following outputs will be developed within the project: a manual on how to work with youth and children at risk; 30 NGOs’ members and staff of institution providing social services from Poland and Lithuania will be trained how to provide efficient social services; 30 youngsters at risk from both countries will take part in the international youth exchange to strengthen their social and interpersonal skills.

Projekt ma na celu poprawę sytuacji młodzieży i dzieci zagrożonych w gminach Elektrėnai i Filipów poprzez wzmocnienie świadczenia usług opieki społecznej i stworzenie nowej infrastruktury. W ramach projektu zostaną odnowione i wyposażone 2 ośrodki młodzieżowe w Elektrėnai i Filipowie. W obu gminach będą rozwijane inicjatywy współpracy międzysektorowej, jak również sieć współpracy transgranicznej. Członkowie organizacji pozarządowych i przedstawiciele instytucji świadczących usługi społeczne zostaną zaproszeni do współpracy i zapewnienia efektywnych usług społecznych dla młodzieży i dzieci zagrożonych. Ponadto, w ramach projektu zostaną opracowane następujące produkty: podręcznik jak pracować z młodzieżą i dziećmi z grup ryzyka; 30 członków organizacji pozarządowych i pracowników instytucji świadczących usługi społeczne z Polski i Litwy zostanie przeszkolonych jak świadczyć efektywne usługi społeczne; 30 młodych ludzi z grup ryzyka z obu krajów weźmie udział w międzynarodowej wymianie młodzieży, aby wzmocnić ich umiejętności społeczne i interpersonalne.

Projektu siekiama pagerinti jaunimo ir įvairioms rizikos grupėms priskiriamų vaikų Elektrėnų ir Filipów savivaldybėse socialinės globos paslaugų teikimo stiprinimą ir naujos infrastruktūros kūrimą. Pagal projektą bus atnaujinti ir įrengti 2 jaunimo centrai Elektrėnuose ir Filipów. Abejose savivaldybėse bus plėtojamos tarpsektorinio bendradarbiavimo iniciatyvos ir tarpvalstybinio bendradarbiavimo tinklas. Nevyriausybinių organizacijų nariai ir socialines paslaugas teikiančių institucijų atstovai bus kviečiami bendradarbiauti ir teikti veiksmingas socialines paslaugas rizikos grupių jaunimui ir vaikams. Be to, projekto metu bus parengti šie rezultatai: išleistas vadovas, kaip dirbti su rizikos grupės jaunimu ir vaikais; apmokyti 30 NVO narių ir įstaigų, teikiančių socialines paslaugas, nariai iš Lenkijos ir Lietuvos, kaip teikti efektyvias socialines paslaugas; 30 abiejų šalių rizikos grupės jaunuolių dalyvaus tarptautiniuose jaunimo mainuose, siekiant sustiprinti savo socialinius ir tarpasmeninius įgūdžius.

Achievements (EN):

Prepared manual "Working with youth and children at risk", organized training course for specialist , youth exchange with 30 participants. Established youth centers in Elektrėnai municipality (renovated and equipped premises of Elektrėnai cultural centre), in Filipow municipality (renovated and equipped premises of Library of Filipow). 1000 young people can use the new infrastructure.
