Description (EN):

Project activities are focused on the strengthening of the quality of the business support organisations services in the Programme area. It will be achieved through sharing knowledge and good practice between business support organisations and organising training for business support organisations personnel in order to provide qualified services to new entrepreneurs, also mentoring of youth and other members of society in order to increase quantity and quality of new established, especially innovative business entities and increasing regional economic growth in the Programme area. The need of such business support services is rather high, as these services support smooth transition from being young entrepreneur (sometimes student) to strong and sustainable businessman. Surviving on the market with the strong competition is crucial and the advisory help of business support organisations is very important. Closer cooperation between project partners from different areas and different organisations (universities, municipality, science and technology parks, chamber of commerce) will create LT-PL cooperation platform with more open-minded communities, capable of sustainable cooperation and thus will positively contribute to the society.

Działania projektu koncentrują się na wzmocnieniu jakości usług świadczonych przez organizacje wspierające biznes na obszarze objętym Programem. Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez dzielenie się wiedzą i dobrymi praktykami pomiędzy organizacjami wsparcia biznesu i organizowanie szkoleń dla personelu organizacji wsparcia biznesu w celu zapewnienia wykwalifikowanych usług dla nowych przedsiębiorców, a także mentoringu dla młodzieży i innych członków społeczeństwa w celu zwiększenia ilości i jakości nowo utworzonych, szczególnie innowacyjnych podmiotów gospodarczych i zwiększenia regionalnego wzrostu gospodarczego na obszarze objętym Programem. Potrzeba takich usług wsparcia biznesu jest dość wysoka, ponieważ usługi te wspierają płynne przejście od bycia młodym przedsiębiorcą (czasami studentem) do stania się silnym i wytrwałym biznesmenem. Przetrwanie na rynku z silną konkurencją jest kluczowe i pomoc doradcza organizacji wspierających biznes jest bardzo ważna. Ściślejsza współpraca pomiędzy partnerami projektu z różnych obszarów i różnych organizacji (uniwersytety, gminy, parki naukowo-technologiczne, izby handlowe) stworzy platformę współpracy LT-PL z bardziej otwartymi społecznościami, zdolnymi do trwałej współpracy, a tym samym pozytywnie przyczyni się do rozwoju społeczeństwa.

Description (LT):

Projekto veikla orientuota į paramos verslui paslaugų kokybės gerinimą. Tai bus pasiekta dalijantis žiniomis ir gerąja patirtimi tarp verslo paramos organizacijų ir organizuojant verslo paramos organizacijų personalo mokymus, siekiant teikti kvalifikuotas paslaugas naujiems verslininkams, taip pat kuruojant jaunimą ir kitus visuomenės narius, siekiant padidinti naujų įmonių kiekį ir kokybę, įsteigtų, ypač novatoriškų verslo subjektų ir didėjančio regiono ekonomikos augimo programos srityje. Tokių verslo paramos paslaugų poreikis yra gana didelis, nes šios paslaugos padeda sklandžiai pereiti nuo jauno verslininko (kartais studento) prie stipraus ir tvaraus verslininko. Labai svarbu išgyventi rinkoje, kur konkurencija yra stipri, o verslo paramos organizacijų patariamoji pagalba yra labai svarbi. Glaudesnis bendradarbiavimas tarp skirtingų sričių projekto partnerių ir skirtingų organizacijų (universitetų, savivaldybių, mokslo ir technologijų parkų, prekybos rūmų) sukurs LT-PL bendradarbiavimo platformą su atviresnėmis bendruomenėmis, galinčiomis palaikyti tvarų bendradarbiavimą, taigi teigiamai prisidės prie visuomenės.

Achievements (EN):

The project partners helped to establish 9 new business entities, created common project LT-PL CooPlatform, in collaboration with external experts gathered all the best practice from project events and collected information filled in prepared guidelines and organized two online trainings in Lithuania and two online trainings in Poland. More than 900 persons participated in project events.
