Der größte Teil des Programmgebiets INTERREG V A Österreich-Tschechische Republik liegt in dem ländlichen Grenzland der Staaten Österreichische Republik und Tschechische Republik, weit weg von wirtschaftlichen, Industrie- und Technologiezentren beider Staaten. Diese ländlichen Regionen leben vor allem von kleinstrukturierter, traditioneller Wirtschaft, z.B. Tourismus, Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Fischerei, Lebensmittelverarbeitung, Kleinhandwerk usw. Landflucht führt teilweise zu verminderten Infrastrukturen, verschlechterte Verfügbarkeit von Dienstleistungen. Der wertvolle Kulturschatz der Denkmäler der Projektregion bietet die Chance für touristische Angebotsentwicklung und nachhaltige Erhaltung, Inwertsetzung und Nutzung des kulturellen Erbes. Der soll das Gesamtbild der Region verbessern, Besucher zu Attraktivitätszielen der beiden Länder bringen, und mit Hilfe von einzelnen bereits bekannten TOP-Ausflugszielen die Besucherzahlen zu vermehren und auf die weniger bekannten Ziele zu streuen. Hauptprojektziele sind die Erhöhung der Besucherzahlen in den Denkmälern sowie die Steigerung der Nächtigungen in der Projektregion. Durch die Schaffung von grenzüberschreitenden Themenrouten (1-mehrtägig) von z.B. Burg zu Burg (mögliche Themen: Schloss.Küche, Burggärten, Kultur.Route, etc.) werden Denkmäler beider Länder zu einem touristischen Produkt zusammengefasst und beworben. Diese zusammenhängenden Routen führen zu längeren und vermehrten Besuchen und Nächtigungen. Die Kernoutputs des Projekts sind die Analyse und Bewertung sowie Produktentwicklung in Form der Themenrouten mit zugehörigem Story Telling, alle Marketing und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (z.B. Veranstaltungen, Schulungen, Workshops) sowie das digitale Navigationssystem. Gäste erfahren nicht nur Information sondern vielmehr ein touristisches Gesamterlebnis begleitet von modernen Kommunikationsmedien. Auf Angebotsseite profitieren die Betreiber der Denkmäler von der Erhebung, Besucherbefragung, den Themenrouten als Gesamttouristisches Angebot, den Navigations- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und dem Marketing. Gemeinsame Hauptaktivitäten der Projektpartner sind Analyse, Produktentwicklung, Schulungen, und Kommunikation der neuen touristischen Angebote. Damit werden die Ressourcen gebündelt und effizient für gemeinsame Märkte eingesetzt. Beide Länder mit ähnlicher Ausgangslage profitieren zusätzlich vom gegenseiten Erfahrungsaustausch. Gäste kommen in den Genuss eines reizvollen grenzüberschreitenden Angebots. Auf Basis des ETZ-Projekts des Jahres 2008 (Burgen, Stifte, Schlösser), welches vorrangig eine Bestandsaufnahme und Informationsaufbereitung darstellte (Buch, Karte, Orientierungstafeln), werden nun innovative Themenrouten zwischen den Denkmälern entwickelt. Deren "Stories" werden im Content Marketing in innovativen multimedialen Guides (print und online), Speech Codes, Videomarketing , Themenchannels und Veranstaltungsserien aufbereitet und kommuniziert.

The biggest part of the programme area INTERREG V-A Austria – Czech Republic lies in the rural cross-border area of the two states, which is far away from the economic, industrial and technological centres of both countries. These rural regions live on small structured, traditional economy, e.g. tourism, agriculture and forestry, fishery, food processing, small handicraft etc. Rural exodus leads in parts to reduced infrastructure and worse access to services. The valuable cultural heritage of the region means a chance for touristic offers and sustainable conservation, valorisation and usage of the cultural heritage. This shall improve the overall image of the region and make people visit the sights in the region. Already known attractive sights shall help to increase the number of visitors and lead them to little known sights. The overall project aim is the increasing of the number of visitors at the sights as well as the increase of overnight stays in the region. Through the establishment of cross-border theme-paths (one day to a couple of days) e.g. from one castle to another (possible themes: castle.kitchen, castle gardens, culture.path, etc.) the sights will be combined to touristic products and promoted together. These combined tours lead to longer and multiplied visits and overnight stays. Main output of the project are the analyse and the evaluation as well as the development of the touristic products in the form of theme routes with storytelling, marketing and communication initiatives (e.g. events, courses, workshops) and the digital navigation system. The visitors don´t only get information but they will have a touristic experience through modern communication media. The people running the sights, on the other hand, profit from the evaluations, the routes as a combined touristic product, the navigation and communication initiatives as well as from the marketing. Mutual main activities of the project partners are the analyse, development of the products, courses and communication of the new touristic offers. Through this, the resources are being pooled and used efficiently for the mutual market. Both countries profit from the exchange of experiences. Visitors can enjoy a cross-border experience. On the basis of the ETZ-project from the year 2008 (castles, convents), which has been mostly an inventory and preparation of information (book, map, information signs) there will now be developed innovative theme routes between the sights. Their stories will be prepared through content marketing in innovative multimedia guides (print and online), speech codes, videomarketing, theme channels and a series of events and presented.

Většina programového území INTERREG V A Rakousko-ČR leží ve venkovském příhraničí států Rakouská republika a Česká republika, daleko od hospodářských, průmyslových a technologických center obou států. V takovém venkovském území existují především drobně strukturovaná tradiční hospodářská odvětví, jakými jsou např. cestovní ruch, zemědělství, lesnictví, rybářství, zpracování potravin, drobná řemesla apod. Odchod obyvatel z regionu vede částečně k horší infrastruktuře a dostupnosti služeb. Cenné kulturní dědictví památek regionu realizace projektu nabízí šanci pro rozvoj turistické nabídky a trvale udržitelné zachování, zhodnocení a využití kulturního dědictví. Toto má zlepšit celkový obraz regionu, přitáhnout návštěvníky k atraktivním cílům obou zemí a s pomocí jednotlivých již známých výletních TOP-cílů zvýšit jejich počet a rozptýlit je k méně známým cílům. Hlavními cíli projektu je zvýšení počtu návštěvníků v památkách a zvýšení počtu přenocování v projektovém regionu. Vytvořením přeshraničních tematických stezek (1-vícedenních) např. od hradu k hradu (možná témata: zámecké kuchyně, hradní zahrady, kulturní stezka, atd.) budou památky obou zemí propojeny do jednoho turistického produktu a propagovány. Tyto stezky povedou k většímu množství delších návštěv a přenocování. K hlavním výstupům projektu patří: analýza a vyhodnocení současné kulturní nabídky, vývoj nových produktů ve formě tematických stezek s příslušným zapojením příběhů, všechna marketingová a komunikační opatření (např. akce, školení, workshopy) i digitální navigační systém. Hosté se nejen dozví informace, ale budou doprovázeni mnohem více celkovým zážitkem z moderních komunikačních médií. Na straně nabídky budou provozovatelé památek profitovat z šetření, průzkumu návštěvnosti, tematických stezek jako celkové turistické nabídky, navigačních a komunikačních opatření a marketingu. Společné hlavní aktivity projektových partnerů jsou analýza, vývoj produktů, školení a komunikace nových turistických nabídek. Tím budou spojeny zdroje a budou efektivně využity pro společné trhy. Obě země budou také profitovat ze vzájemné výměny zkušeností. Hosté z toho vytěží přitažlivou přeshraniční nabídku. Na bázi projektu EÚS z roku 2008 (Hrady, zámky, kláštery), který představoval především inventuru stavu a zpracování informací (kniha, mapa, orientační tabule), je v našem projektu plánován vývoj inovativních tematických stezek mezi památkami. Jejich „příběhy“ budou v rámci marketingu obsahu zpracovány a komunikovány prostřednictvím inovativních multimediálních průvodců (tiskových i online), prostřednictvím Speech kódů, videomarketingu, tematických kanálů a série akcí.

- Wirkungsindikator ist die Anzahl der Nächtigungen. Das Projekt beabsichtigt eine Steigerung der Nächtigungen in der Projektregion um 0, 5% pro Projektjahr und der Nachhaltigkeitsdauer von 5 Jahren. Das bedeutet eine Steigerung um insgesamt 4 % in 8 Jahren. Die Projektregion erzielte im Jahr 2015 6,04 Mio. Nächtigungen. - Erhöhung der Besucherzahl der Denkmäler in der Projektregion um 12% in 3 Jahren Projektlaufzeit und 5 Jahren Nachhaltigkeitsdauer. Im Jahr 2014 erzielten Vysocina und Südböhmen 1,58 Mio Besucher auf Burgen und Schlössern (mit Eintritt).

Expected Outputs (CS):

- Indikátorem účinku je počet přenocování. Projekt zamýšlí zvýšení počtu přenocování v projektovém regionu o 0,5 % ročně během doby realizace projektu a trvání 5 let udržitelnosti projektu. To znamená zvýšení o celkem 4 % během 8 let. Projektový region docílil v roce 2015 6,04 mil. přenocování. - Zvýšení počtu návštěvníků památek v projektovém regionu o 12 % během 3 let doby realizace projektu a 5 let trvání udržitelnosti projektu. V roce 2014 docílily region Vysočina a Jižní Čechy 1,58 mil. počtu návštěvníků na hradech a zámcích (se vstupným).
