Description (HU):

A projekt a Komplex Instrukciós Program – KIP bevezetésére irányul 3 általámos iskolában (2 iskola Szlovákiában:Királyhelmec és Ógyalla, 1 iskola Magyarországon: Komárom). A KIPa Stanford egyetemen kidolgozott tanítási módszer, mely lehetővé teszi a tanárok számára a magas szintű csoportmunka szervezését olyan osztályokban, ahol a tanulók közötti tudásbeli különbség és kifejezőkészség nagy. A program alkalmas a heterogén tanulói csoport nevelésére. A KIP bevezetése után program kiváló eredményeket produkált világszerte. A KIP a Feszty Általános Iskolában Magyarországon lett bevezetve 2015-ben. Ezt a módszert kívánjuk elérhetővé tenni Szlovákiai iskolák számára, segítséget nyújtani a program kezdeti elindítására az oktatásba való bevezetésére. A projekt célja az oktatók képzése és 2 évig tartó tutoriálása, tanagyag fejlesztése. A résztvevő iskolák közös tanári workshopok keretén belül rendszeres kapcsolat alakúlna ki az iskolák oktatói között, lehetőséget adva a program bevezetésénél felmerülő kérdések megvitatására, tapasztalatok cseréjére. A módszer rugalmasabb alkalmazása céljából kiépülne egy közös tananyag adatbázis, intenzív tananyagfejlesztésre kerülne sor ami nyomtatott anyagként is megjelenne. Tervek készítése a hivatalos tanrendbe való beépítésére. Az iskolák intenzívebbé tennék a szülőkkel való együttműködésüket közös programok szervezésével. Nagyobb figyelem fordulna a gyerekek kognitív képességeinek a fejlesztésére, tehetséggondozásra játékos foglalkozások bevezetése minden diák számára. Közös versenyek sportrendezvények szervezése az iskolák között. A projekt eredményeként létrejönne: 1 határon átnyúló tartalmú honlap, 3 könyv a KIP elméleti és gyakorlati tudnivalóiról, a módszer szlovákiai környezetbe adaptálásáról, integrált adatbázis épül ki, és közös tanagyan fejlesztés folyik. Az iskolák referencia központokká fejlődnek, elősegítve a módszer további fejlesztését Magyarországon és Szlovákiában.

Description (EN):

The main objective of the project is to introduce the Complex Instructional Programme (CIP) to three schools (2 elementary schools in Slovakia: Kralovsky Chlmec (LB), Hurbanovo and 1 elementary school in Hungary: Komárom). CIP is a teaching methodolo gy developed at Stanford University, USA which enables teachers to organise team work in classes with large heterogeneity of students regarding their competence in knowledge and communication skills. The method has proven outstanding outcomes worldwi de, it is an excellent tool for the cooperation of very talented and less competitive students, it provides cooperative and individual tasks for each student according to their level of competence. The method was introduced in Hungary in the Feszty E lementary School in 2015. The current project would like to introduce this method in two elementary schools in Slovakia (Hurbanovo, Královsky Chlmec) with the cooperation and supervision of the Feszty School in Komárom in Hungary. The experiences of Komarom Feszty School, where the method has already been introduced one year ago would be an enormous help for the schools in Slovakia to overcome initial obstacles. The project consists of numerous cross-border activities: training for teachers, tea m building and team coaching activities, tutoring of teachers, training of teachers for using table games in classes, Open Days in schools for better contact with parents, organising cross-border competition games for students, teachers and parents. The outcomes of the project include: 1 common cross-border website, 3 books on CIP methodology: Theory and Practice, the applicability of the method in Slovakia and in Hungary, integrated database of cooperative classes, development of class materia ls both in Hungary and in Slovakia. These schools would become centres of excellence and could enable the further dissemination of the method into several other schools in Hungary and in Slovakia.

Projekt je zameraný na zavedenie Komplexného Inštrukčného Programu – KIP v 3 základných školách (2 školy na Slovensku: Kráľovský Chlmec a Hurbanovo, 1 škola v Maďarsku: Komárom). KIP je metóda vypracovaná Stradfordskou univerzitou, ktorá pedagógom umožňuje organizovať skupinové práce na vysokej úrovni v triedach, kde vedomosti a schopnosti žiakov sú na rozdielnej úrovni. Program je vhodný na prácu s heterogénnou skupinou žiakov. Po svojom zavedení produkoval KIP vynikajúce výsledky v celosvetovom meradle. KIP bol v roku 2015 v Maďarsku zavedený na Fesztyho základnej škole. Túto metódu chceme sprístupniť aj pre školy na Slovensku, poskytnúť pomoc pri jej zavádzaní do vzdelávacieho procesu. Cieľom projektu je školenie a dvojročný tútorát pedagógov, ako aj rozvoj učebných látok. Vďaka spoločným workshopom pre pedagógov zúčastnených škôl sa vytvorí ich pravidelný kontakt, ktorý poskytne možnosť diskutovať o otázkach spojených so zavádzaním metódy do praxe a výmenu skúseností. V záujme pružnejšej aplikácie danej metódy by bola vytvorená spoločná databáza učebných materiálov, uskutočnil by sa intenzívny rozvoj učebných materiálov, ktoré by boli vydané vo forme publikácií. Vypracovanie plánov a ich začlenenie do oficiálnych učebných osnov. Väčšia pozornosť by bola venovaná rozvoju kognitívnych schopností a talentu detí zavedením hravých foriem výučby pre všetkých žiakov. Organizovanie spoločných súťaží a športových podujatí medzi zúčastnenými školami. Výsledkom projektu by boli: 1 webová stránka s cezhraničným obsahom, 3 publikácie KIP v teórii a praxi, aplikácii metódy v slovenskom prostredí, bude vybudovaná integrovaná databáza a spoločne rozvíjané učebné materiály. Zo škôl sa stanú referenčné centrá, ktoré budú pomáhať ďalšiemu rozvoju programu v Maďarsku a na Slovensku.

A projekt tevékenységei A Komplex Instrukciós Program (KIP) olyan alternatív pedagógiai módszer, mely a különböző társadalmi helyzetű, különböző képességű és teljesítményű gyerekek hatékony együttnevelését tűzte ki célul. A projekt segítségével a módszer két szlovákiai magyar iskolában, Királyhelmecen és Ógyallán, valamint a magyarországi Komáromban kerül bevezetésre. A világszerte kiváló eredményeket hozó tanítási módszer lehetővé teszi a pedagógusok számára a magas szintű csoportmunka szervezését olyan osztályokban, ahol a tanulók között nagy a tudás, és kifejezőkészségbeli különbség. Az SKHU Interreg V-A Szlovákia–Magyarország Határon Átnyúló Együttműködési Program keretében megvalósuló projekt nyitó konferenciáját szeptember 22-én tartották Komáromban, a Selye János Egyetemen.Az új tanítási módszert világszerte rengeteg helyen bevezették már, Szlovákiában viszont az ógyallai és királyhelmeci alapiskolák lesznek az elsők. Szándékosan választottunk egy nyugati és egy keleti országrészben található iskolát, hogy ezek a jövőben központokká váljanak, ahonnan tovább terjedhet az újszerű módszer más környékbeli tanintézményekbe. A projektben résztvevő iskolák intenzívebbé szeretnék tenni a pedagógusok, diákok és szülők közötti kapcsolatot is.. Nagyobb figyelmet fordítanának a tehetséggondozásra. A szervezők közös versenyek, sportrendezvények szervezésével is számolnak az iskolák között. A Digitális Esélyegyenlőség Alapítvány (DEA) által szervezett „Komplex Instrukciós Program (KIP)” elnevezésű képzés keretében pedagógusokat képzett ki – a speciális kooperatív technika alkalmazására épülő – KIP-módszertanra a projektpartner, a komáromi Feszty Árpád Általános Iskolában. A kiképzett pedagógusok közül 10 tanár vett részt a DEA KIP képzők képzésén. Ennek során készülnek fel a projektben részt vevő oktatási intézményekben végzendő, KIP-es munkára. Tekintettel arra, hogy a KIP-módszertan alkalmazásának hatékonysága az azt alkalmazó pedagógus attitűdváltásán alapul, a KIP-képzők tevékenységének folyamatos, támogató nyomon követése, mentorálása rendkívül fontos. Így a projekt keretében, a képzők képzését követően folyamatos tutori jelenlétet biztosítottunk. A KIP-módszertan szemléletével való azonosulást segítette elő a projektben részt vevő pedagógusok számára szervezett coaching, valamit a 2 workshop is. A tudásmegosztás egyik dokumentumaként készült el a KIP-módszertan gyakorlati alkalmazását támogató KIPOKOS című oktatási segédanyagunk. Rotary Club Komárno által szervezett KIP képzés a királyhelmeci és az ógyallai magyar tannyelvű általános iskolában. Csapatépítő tréning, coaching szervezése a tanárok részére. KIP a gyakorlatban könyv elkészítése. Logikai táblajátékok az oktatásban könyv elkészítése. 900 óravázlat elkészítése és adatbázis létrehozása. Szakmai konferenciák, workshoppok szervezése. Határon átnyúló csapatjátékok, családi napok és nyitott napok szervezése az általános iskolákban.

Activities of the project The Complex Instructions Program (KIP) is an alternative pedagogical method aimed at the effective co-education of children with different social statuses and different abilities and performances. With the help of the project, the method will be introduced in two Hungarian schools in Slovakia, Királyhelmec and Ógyalla, as well as in Komárom in Hungary. A teaching method that delivers excellent results worldwide enables educators to organise high-level group work in classes where there is a great difference in knowledge and expression among pupils. The opening conference of the SKHU Interreg V-A Cross-border Co-operation Programme Slovakia-Hungary took place on 22 September at the Selye János University in Komárom.The new teaching method has already been introduced in many places worldwide, while in Slovakia the basic schools of Ógyalla and Királyhelmec will be the first. We deliberately chose a school in the western and eastern parts of the country to become centres in the future, from which the novel method could spread to other local schools. The schools participating in the project would like to intensify the relationship between teachers, students and parents. They would pay more attention to talent management. The organisers also count on the organisation of joint competitions and sporting events between schools. In the framework of the “Complex Instruction Program (KIP)” organised by the Foundation for Digital Equal Opportunities (DEA), he trained educators for KIP methodology based on the application of special cooperative techniques in the project partner, Feszty Árpád Primary School in Komárom. Of the trained teachers, 10 teachers participated in the training of DEA KIP trainers. In doing so, they prepare themselves for KIP work in the educational institutions participating in the project. Given that the effectiveness of the application of the KIP methodology is based on the change of attitude of the teacher using it, continuous, supportive monitoring and mentoring of the activities of KIP trainers is extremely important. Thus, in the framework of the project, after the training of the trainers, we ensured a continuous tutor presence. Coaching for teachers participating in the project, as well as 2 workshops helped to identify with the approach of KIP methodology. Our KIPOKOS educational material supporting the practical application of KIP-methodology has been prepared as a document of knowledge sharing. KIP training organised by Rotary Club Komárno in the Hungarian language primary school in Királyhelmec and Ógyalla. Team building training and coaching for teachers. Kip in practice making a book. Logical board games in education book preparation. Create 900 lesson plans and create a database. Organisation of professional conferences and workshops. Organising cross-border team games, family days and open days in primary schools.
