Description (DE):

Die steigende Urbanisierung, der damit verbundene Verlust von Naturerleben, der demographische Wandel und der Anstieg von Zivilisationserkrankungen führen zu einer steigenden Nachfrage nach Urlaubsaufenthalten mit Gesundheitsnutzen. Die (vor)alpine Projektregion verfügt über eine Vielzahl an natürlichen, regional verorteten und kulturell tradierten Heilressourcen sowie gesundheitsfördernden Naturraum- und Klimapotenzialen, deren Inwertsetzung die Basis für eine nachhaltige gesundheitstouristische Regionalentwicklung und eine Positionierung als Gesundheitsregion bilden könnte, von der auch Einheimische (Gesundheitsnutzen) profitieren. Die Heilressourcen sind aber in Bezug auf med. Evidenz, Indikation, Qualität und Messbarkeit nicht ausreichend entwickelt, um in Verbindung mit der Region und KMU/touristischen Leitungsträgern für marktfähige Produkt- und Dienstleistungsketten nachhaltig in Wert gesetzt werden zu können. Berchtesgadener Land mit Kernort Bad Reichenhall, Tegernsee mit Kernort Bad Wiesee und der Tennengau mit Kernort Abtenau/Lammertal schließen sich deshalb kooperativ zusammen, um mit der gemeinsamen Heilressource Wasser (Sole, Jod/Schwefel, Mg/Ca) für die wachsende Zielgruppe älterer Menschen gesundheitstouristische Entwicklungsgrundlagen zu erarbeiten, med. Evidenz ihrer Heilressourcen zu schaffen und regionsspezifische Erfolgsfaktoren (Natur, Kultur, Höhenlage, kühle Luft & Fragen des Klimawandels) zu integrieren. Daraus sollen in einem gesundheitstouristischen Regionalentwicklungsprozess mit Betrieben und regionalen Akteuren zielgruppenspezifische Produkte & Dienstleistungsketten geschaffen und am Markt positioniert werden. Mit einem Fachkräftekonzept für Betriebe unter dem Aspekt der Mitarbeiterqualifikation/-bindung und einer breiten, über die Regionen hinaus ausgerichteten Vernetzungs- und Wissenstransferoffensive soll der alpine Gesundheitstourismus im bayerisch- Salzburger INTERREG-Raum weiterentwickelt und innovativ gestärkt werden.

Description (EN):

Rising urbanization, the associated loss of nature experiences, demographic change and the rise of civilization diseases are leading to an increasing demand for holidays with health benefits. The alpine project region has a large number of natural, regionally located and culturally traditional healing resources as well as health-promoting natural space and climate potentials, the valorisation of which could form the basis for a sustainable health tourism regional development and a positioning as a health region, from which also locals benefit. The healing resources are but in terms of medical evidence, indication, quality and measurability insufficiently developed to be sustainably valued in connection with the region and SME / tourism management bodies for marketable product and service chains. In a health tourism regional development process with companies and regional players, target group-specific products and service chains will be created and positioned on the market. The aim is to further develop and innovatively strengthen alpine health tourism in the INTERREG region of Bavaria and Salzburg with a concept for skilled workers in terms of employee qualification and a broad cross-linking and knowledge transfer offensive beyond the regions.

Expected Results (DE): EI 3 - Anteil der Gästenächtigungen in der Nebensaison an den Gesamtnächtigungen eines Jahres (%)

Expected Outputs (DE): Das Projekt fokussiert auf die Zielgruppe der älteren Menschen. Da diese nicht an Schulferien gebunden sind und, wie Untersuchungen zeigen, per se in Nebensaisonen buchen, trägt das Projekt zu einer Erhöhung der Gästenächtigungen in der Nebensaison bei.
