Description (EN):

The project covers the cross corder area of Dobrich district and Constanta county and aims at implementing common measures for common challenges, such as: disintegrated cross border labor market, blocked labor force mobility due to the lack of positive drivers, language barrier, lack of information sources; other relevant problems are youth unemployment, long-term enemployd women with risk of exclusion and low level of entrepreneurship, especially in the rural areas, where un-tapped local resources need to be valorized. Main goal of the project is to foster labor market integrity of the target cross border area, creating sustainable conditions for labour mobility, employability аnd entrepreneurship through innovative and sustainable cross-border initiatives. Budget of the project 726 640,32 euro. Main activities, aimed at fostering labour mobility are language courses, study and roadmap, Ro-BG jobs network, 2 workshops, promoting EURES, info and advice section in the e-learning platform. Establishment of Longlife learning center, delivering career consultancy and soft skills training, 2 job fairs will increase the employability of the target groups. Training tools and training courses for innovative entrepreneurship will foster self-employmend and start-ups. Equal access of all target groups to project outputs will be created through free e-learning platform. The achived project results - Created conditions for labor mobility, increased employability of target groups and created conditions for entrepreneurship in rural arias will contribute for achieving Program result indicator “Population that have access to joint employment initiatives” with number of 30 000 people аnd to all 3 output indicators of PA4.

Expected Outputs (EN):

Project results are directly contributing to result indicator achievement. The project encompasses a large number of cross-border labor mobility and training initiatives and cervices like Long life learning, entrepreneurship training, creates sustainable training tools like e-learning platform, which services will be used by a large number of target groups; 30 000 people or 10% from the total result indicator.
