“Toursime du Goût” – TdG is a project of valorisation, innovation and preservation of territorial gastronomy. It’s been based on local agricultural products valorisation, and on the restaurateur’s knowledges on local products transformation. Promoting these short circuits, the project is inset within sustainable development principles. The main objective of the project is to consolidate these sectors by the increasing of practical and know-hows, consolidate knowledges and competences of professional from the sector, improving welcoming and restauration quality, create an actor network of cross-border touristic. The cross-border approach is fundamental because it’s a real shared culture shared between Savoy and Piedmont, from their common history, under Savoy’s State, and of the strong historical, geographical and sociological connotation of this Nord Alpine entity.

« Tourisme du Gout »-TdG est un projet de valorisation, d’innovation et de préservation de la gastronomie de territoire. Elle est fondée sur la valorisation des produits agricoles locaux, et sur les savoir-faire des restaurateurs en matière de transformation de ces produits. En favorisant les circuits courts, le projet s’inscrit dans les principes du développement durable. L’objectif du projet est de consolider cette filière par l’amélioration des pratiques et des savoir-faire, renforcer les connaissances et les compétences des professionnels, améliorer la qualité de l’accueil et de la restauration, crée un réseau d’acteurs du développement touristique transfrontalière. L’approche transfrontalière est fondamentale car il y a une véritable culture partagée entre les Savoie et le Piémont du fait de leur histoire commune (Etats de Savoie) et de la forte connotation historique, géographique et sociologique de cette entité nord alpine.

È stata fondata sulla valorizzazione dei prodotti agricoli locali, e sui know-how dei ristoratori sulla trasformazione di questi prodotti. Promuovendo i circuiti corti, il progetto si iscrive nei principi di sviluppo sostenibile. L’obiettivo del progetto è di consolidare questi settori dal miglioramento delle pratiche e dei know-how, consolidamento delle conoscenze e le competenze professionale, migliorare la qualità dell’accoglienza e della ristorazione, creare delle reti d’attori dello sviluppo turistico transfrontaliero. L’approccio transfrontaliero è fondamentale perché c’è una vera cultura condivisa tra la Savoia e il Piemonte, dal fatto della loro storia comune (Stati di Savoia) e della forte connotazione storica, geografica e sociologica di quest’entità nord alpina.

Expected Results (EN):

The objective of the project is to consolidate this sector thorough: - Amelioration of practices and know-how on actors of the sector. - Enforcement of knowledges and competences of professionals - Amelioration of the welcome quality and of restauration in hotel and restaurant. - Creation of a network of actors of the touristic development on a sector thanks to the cross-border cooperation. The engaged actions will be: - Development of competences (hostels, restaurant, professional of tourism, action of raising awareness and formation. - Promotion of the touristic value thorough the conception of gastronomic touristic products and actions of promotion and communication toward socio-professionals and consumers and their commercialisation. The cross-border approach is fundamental because it’s a true shared culture between Savoy and Piemonte due to their common history (Savoy Sates) and the deep historical, geographical and sociologies identity of this north alpine identity.

Expected Results (IT):

L’obiettivo del progetto è del consolidare lo settore, via: - Miglioramento delle pratiche e del know-how degli attori del settore. - Consolidazione delle conoscenze e delle competenze professionale . - Miglioramento della qualità dell’accoglienza e della ristorazione negli alberghi e i restauranti . - Creazione di una rete d’attori dello sviluppo turistico sul settore grazie alla cooperazione transfrontaliera. Le azioni iniziate saranno: - Lo sviluppo delle competenze degli alberghi, dei ristoranti e dei professionali del turismo, da azioni di sensibilizzazione e di formazione. - La promozione del turismo e la concezione di prodotti turistici gastronomici e delle loro azioni di promozione e comunicazione verso i socio-professionali e i consumatori e la loro commercializzazione . L’approccio transfrontaliero fondamentale perché è una vera cultura condivisa tra la Savoia e il Piemonte, dovuto alla storia comune (Stato Savoia) e della connotazione storica, geografica e sociologica di quest’entità nord alpina.
