Description (EN): The project is born in answer to demands coming from the actor of the agri-food sector, in terms of flexible formation path, adapted to beneficiaries’ needs; (employed/unemployed, professional reconversion). The agri-food sector is strategic for the cross-border area.

Le projet est né en réponse aux demandes des acteurs de l'emploi au sein de l’agro-alimentaire, en termes de parcours de formation flexibles et adaptés aux besoins des bénéficiaires (actifs, et/ou inactifs en cours de définition et/ou de reconversion professionnelle). L’agro-alimentaire est un secteur stratégique pour la zone transfrontalière.

Il progetto è nato in risposta alle domande degli attori dell’impiego del settore dell’agro-alimentario, in termine di percorso di formazione flessibile e adattate ai bisogni dei beneficiari (attivi, e/o inattivi in corso di definizione e/o in riconversione professionale) . L’agro-alimentario è un settore strategico per la zona transfrontaliera.

Expected Results (EN):

The objective of the project is to reach a transparent model which will allow to compare study titles and certifications of agro-food sector, within cross-border area, to try to develop some dispositions of competences validation and certification at a binational level. This model will be put at the disposition of institutions and operators of the formation. The followed methodology, will repose on European guiding lines for the ECVET (European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training), of recognition of professional qualification, furthermore than recent national norms and on current regional experimentations The partnership put together public and private organisms, which have an operational role, in the research field, the identification of needs, the formation, the communication and the diffusion of results.

Expected Results (FR):

L’objectif du projet est de parvenir à un modèle transparent de comparaison des diplômes et des certifications en agro-alimentaire sur la zone transfrontalière, pour tester la mise en place de dispositifs de validation de compétences et de certifications de niveau binational. Ce modèle sera mis à disposition des institutions et opérateurs de la formation. La méthodologie suivie s’appuiera sur les lignes directrices européennes en matière de ECVET (European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training), de reconnaissance des qualifications professionnelles, ainsi que sur des normes nationales récentes et sur des expérimentations régionales en cours. Le partenariat associe des organismes publics et privés, ayant chacun un rôle opérationnel, dans les domaines de la recherche, l’identification des besoins, la prestation de formation, la communication et la diffusion des résultats.

Expected Results (IT):

L’obiettivo del progetto è di raggiungere un modello trasparente che permette di paragonare i titoli di studio e delle certificazioni nell’agro-alimentare sulla zona transfrontaliera, per provare la messa in atto di dispositivi di validazione delle compente e di certificazione di livello binazionale. Questo modello sarà messo a disposizione delle istituzioni e operatori della formazione. La metodologia seguita, si appoggerà sulle linee direttrice europee per l’ECVET (European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training), di riconoscenza delle qualificazioni professionale, inoltre che sulle norme nazionale recente e sulle sperimentazioni regionale in corso. Il partenariato associa degli organismi pubblici e privati, che hanno un ruolo operazionale, nell’ambito della ricerca, l’identificazione dei bisogni, la prestazione di formazione, la comunicazione e la diffusione dei risultati.
