Description (EN):

The objective of the project is to develop a comprehensive cultural strategy for the entire Hungarian-Serbian border region, to launch an online, information and news centre in Hungarian and Serbian, to set up Serbian and Hungarian cultural centres i n Mórahalom and in Palič, and to integrate Novi Sad, a future European Capital of Culture and its surrounding region into the cultural and touristic life of the Hungarian-Serbian border region. The great number of exhibitions, cultural programmes and creative workshops offered by the newly set up cultural and touristic centres, or organized in Novi Sad are intended to help members of the different ethnic communities find out about each other’s cultural values, traditions, artistic achievements o r artists, and to give impetus to the development of cultural cooperation and tourism in the Hungarian-Serbian border region by a well-aimed, detailed and comprehensive cultural and touristic information and news campaign.

Expected Outputs (EN):

3, Information on the cultural and touristic offer of the cross-border area available and accessible to experts, artists and cultural, touristical organisations of the region. Widely-spreaded bilingual news and information to the target group. 2, Colourful Hungarian and Serbian cultural and touristical events in the programme area which will be visited by the target group. 1, In the programme area there will be 3 locations which will be able to provide high level venues for Hungarian and Serbia cultural events, 2 cultural centres in Mórahalom and Palic with buildings and equipment and Novi Sad with suitable equipments for these events. 0, Project management activities.
