Les personnes, surtout les jeunes, qui vivent dans les régions pyrénéennes ont besoin d'acquérir une formation professionnelle adaptée aux besoins de l'environnement socio-économique pour améliorer leur employabilité. Les zones frontalières, en raison de leur proximité géographique, culturelle et du marché du travail deviennent l’espace prioritaire pour employer cette population. Le projet vise à faciliter l’orientation et l'accès aux services et ressources de formation et de qualification des régions des deux côtés de la frontière. L'interrelation entre les services d'orientation professionnelle, la formation et la validation et la reconnaissance de l’expérience professionnelle acquise par les personnes peut être un instrument puissant pour accroître les opportunités et améliorer les possibilités d’emploi. Le projet vise à fournir des services d'information et d'orientation professionnelle, en tenant compte des ressources et services existants dans la zone frontalière, pour permettre aux jeunes de choisir les offres de formation et de reconnaissance de l'expérience qui correspondent le mieux à leurs besoins. Le projet vise également à améliorer les compétences des étudiants en formation professionnelle, grâce à la mobilité transfrontalière, en leur permettant de: - Suivre une formation professionnelle reconnue par les centres d’origine et d’accueil. - Acquérir des apprentissages dans les entreprises transfrontalières reconnus dans les cursus de formation.

Las personas, principalmente jóvenes, que viven en las regiones pirenaicas necesitan adquirir la formación profesional adecuada a las necesidades del entorno socioeconómico para mejorar su empleabilidad. Las zonas transfronterizas, por su proximidad geográfica, cultural y de mercado de trabajo se convierten en el espacio prioritario para ocupar a su población. El proyecto pretende facilitar la orientación y el acceso a los servicios y recursos de formación y cualificación de las regiones de ambos lados de la frontera. La interrelación de los servicios de orientación profesional, formación y validación y reconocimiento de la experiencia laboral previa adquirida por las personas puede ser un instrumento potente para aumentar las oportunidades y mejorar las oportunidades de ocupación. El proyecto pretende ofrecer servicios de información y orientación profesional, teniendo en cuenta los recursos y servicios existentes en la zona transfronteriza, para que los jóvenes puedan escoger aquellas ofertas de formación o reconocimiento de la experiencia que más se adecuen a sus necesidades. El proyecto pretende, también, mejorar la cualificación de los alumnos de formación profesional, a través de la movilidad transfronteriza, posibilitando: - que cursen formación profesional reconocida mutuamente por los centros de origen y de destino - que adquieran aprendizajes en las empresas transfronterizas con valor curricular

Description (EN):

People, especially young people, who live in the Pyrenees regions, need to acquire Vocational Education and Training (VET) adequate to the needs of socio-economic environment for improving their employability. Border areas, because of their geographical, cultural and labor market proximity, become the priority space for employing their population. This project aims to provide guidance and access to training and qualification services and resources for regions on both sides of the border. The interrelation of professional orientation, training, validation and recognition services, and the recognition of prior work experience acquired by the people can be a powerful tool for increasing and improving the employment opportunities. This project aims to provide information services and career guidance, taking into account existing resources and services in the border area. So, youth would be able to choose those offers training or experience recognition best suitable for their interests. The project also aims to improve the students’ skills in Vocational Education and Training, through cross-border mobility. It will be possible that: - They study Vocational Education and Training mutually recognized by vocational schools of origin and destination. - They acquire learnings in cross-border enterprises with curricular value.

Expected Outputs (ES): 5P2: Número de dispositivos conjuntos de educación y formación para apoyar el empleo juvenil, las oportunidades educativas y la enseñanza superior y la formación profesional a través de las fronteras.

Expected Outputs (EN): 5P2: Number of joint education and training arrangements to help youth employment, educational opportunities and higher education and professional training across borders.
