L’objectif général du projet est de stimuler et à développer la coopération économique et les flux commerciaux à l’intérieur de l’espace transfrontalier, à travers le développement d’outils et de nouveaux modèles d’entreprise, ainsi que de méthodes et d’initiatives permettant le développement international avec des alliances stratégiques entre les acteurs économiques. Les résultats du projet sont: 1) Intensifier les relations de coopération et encourager le développement économique. 2) Travailler la coopération et la flexibilité administrative entre les territoires pour favoriser la mobilité entrepreneuriale. 3) Générer des opportunités d’emploi à travers la coopération. 4) Renforcer les entreprises en vue de leur accès aux marchés extérieurs. 5) Stimuler et favoriser les relations entre PME et la création de partenariats transfrontaliers, en réalisant des actions conjointes. Les principaux bénéficiaires sont les petites et moyennes entreprises, les microentreprises et les travailleurs indépendants. Les nouveaux éléments du projet sont : contribuer à la complémentarité avec les politiques nationales de chaque territoire, apporter des projets intégraux ayant un effet visible sur l’espace POCTEFA, fournir des solutions innovantes face aux faiblesses diagnostiquées (enquête effectuée par les Chambres en 2012 auprès de 320 entreprises) et la pérennité des résultats du projet. L’expérience et la connaissance des partenaires constituent une grande valeur ajoutée.

Description (EN):

The overall project objective is to promote and develop economic cooperation and trade flows within the cross-border area through the development of tools and new business models and methods, and common initiatives to develop international strategic alliances among economic actors. The results of the project are: 1) Strengthen trade relations and promote economic development, 2) To facilitate administrative cooperation and flexibility between the territories to promote enterprise mobility, 3) Generate employment opportunities through cooperation, 4) Strengthen companies to enter in foreign markets. 5) Facilitate relations among SMEs, creating cross-border partnerships, carrying out joint actions. The main beneficiaries are small and medium-sized enterprises, microenterprises and self-employed. The new elements of the project are: to contribute to complementarity with national policies of each country, providing integrated projects with a visible impact on POCTEFA space, providing innovative solutions to facilitate decision-making against the diagnosed weaknesses, and the sustainability of the project results. The experience and knowledge of the partners is a great value in order to optimize the strategic choices of cross-border actors in search of opportunities.

El objetivo general del proyecto es impulsar y desarrollar la cooperación económica y los flujos comerciales dentro del espacio transfronterizo a través del desarrollo de herramientas y nuevos modelos empresariales y métodos e iniciativas comunes que permitan el desarrollo internacional con alianzas estratégicas entre los actores económicos. Los resultados del proyecto son: 1) Intensificar las relaciones comerciales y fomentar el desarrollo económico 2) Facilitar la cooperación y la flexibilidad administrativa entre los territorios para favorecer la movilidad empresarial 3) Generar oportunidades de empleo mediante la cooperación 4) Fortalecimiento de las empresas para su salida a mercados exteriores. 5) Potenciar las relaciones entre las pymes, la creación de partenariados transfronterizos, realizando acciones conjuntas. Los principales beneficiarios son las pequeñas y medianas empresas, las microempresas y los autónomos. Los elementos nuevos del proyecto son: contribuir a la complementariedad con las políticas nacionales de cada territorio, aportar proyectos integrales con un efecto visible en el espacio POCTEFA, dar soluciones innovadoras que faciliten la toma de decisiones frente a las debilidades diagnosticadas y la perdurabilidad de los resultados del proyecto. La experiencia y conocimiento de los socios es un gran valor añadido con el fin de optimizar las elecciones estratégicas de los actores transfronterizos en su búsqueda de oportunidades.
