TXINBADIA+ est un projet qui apporte une continuité au réseau de travail entre les Marais de Txingudi et de la Corniche basque. Il porte plus spécialement sur la capacité de ces espaces naturels à mieux concilier l’ouverture au public et la préservation des sites protégés, via: - La formation et le savoir-faire des personnes qui travaillent sur ces deux sites naturels et dans leurs maisons d’accueil. - L’amélioration ou la création d’outils de ces espaces soit pour l’accueil du public, soit pour la préservation des sites. Une nouvelle dynamique de coopération s’articule ainsi autour de ces deux lignes par le biais de Groupes de Travail transfrontaliers. Cette approche nous permettra d’atteindre l’objectif: Doter les espaces naturels de la Baie de Txingudi de moyens d’outils et de dynamiques de travail pour la valorisation conjointe du territoire, dans une logique de développement local et touristique, respectueux et durable. Plus précisément, TXINBADIA+ devra permettre de: - Disposer des ressources humaines et des services plus appropriés. - Créer un Centre de Ressources Transfrontalier. - Développer des nouvelles dynamiques de travail coopératif qui perdureront, et incorporer d’autres acteurs territoriaux. - Faire que les usagers et le public accueilli soient plus sensibilisés et respectueux. - Améliorer la qualité et l’état de préservation des habitats et des espèces de la Baie. - Positionner et intégrer TXINBADIA aux réseaux de coopération au niveau européen.

TXINBADIA+ es un proyecto que da continuidad a la red de trabajo entre los equipamientos de las Marismas de Txingudi y la Cornisa Vasca. Aborda de forma específica la capacitación de estos espacios naturales para mejorar la conciliación de su uso público (cotidiano, ocio, turismo) con la conservación de la naturaleza, mediante: - Capacitación de las personas que trabajan en los equipamientos de la red. - Capacitación a los espacios con nuevas y/o mejores herramientas de uso público y conservación. Ambas líneas se articularán mediante Grupos de Trabajo transfronterizos, una nueva dinámica de cooperación para la red TXINBADIA. Este planteamiento permitirá alcanzar el objetivo: Capacitar a los espacios naturales de la Bahía de Txingudi con medios, herramientas y dinámicas de trabajo para la valorización conjunta del territorio, en una lógica de desarrollo respetuoso y sostenible. En definitiva, de TXINBADIA+ se espera: - Contar con equipos humanos y servicios más preparados. - Crear un Centro de Recursos Transfronterizo. - Desarrollar nuevas dinámicas de trabajo cooperativo, que perduren, e integrar a otros actores territoriales. - Conseguir usuarios y públicos (12 grupos objetivo) más sensibilizados y respetuosos. - Mejorar la calidad y el estado de conservación de los hábitats y las especies de la Bahía. - Posicionar e integrar TXINBADIA en redes de colaboración a nivel europeo. - Dar una mayor visibilidad a los esfuerzos realizados y los resultados obtenidos.

Description (EN):

TXINBADIA is a project building upon the network linking the facilities of the Marismas de Txingudi (wetlands) Marshes and the Basque Corniche. It specifically addresses the reconditioning of these natural areas to reconcile their public use (daily, leisure, tourism) with natural conservation of nature, by: - Training the people who work at the network's facilities. - The reconditioning of the spaces with new and/or improved public use and conservation tools. Both lines will be organised and carried out by means of trans-border Working Groups, a new cooperation dynamic for the TXINBADIA network. This approach will make it possible to achieve the goal at hand: To outfit the natural areas of the Bay of Txingudi with resources, tools and cooperative work dynamics for the joint promotion of the area, in line with a logic of respectful and sustainable local tourism development. In short, TXINBADIA is expected to: - Yield more teams and better-prepared services - Create a Trans-boundary Resources Centre - Develop new and lasting cooperative work dynamics, and integrate other players in the territory - Lead to a more aware and respectful public and users (12 target groups) - Improve the quality and condition of the Bay's habitats and species - Position and integrate TXINBADIA into collaborative networks at the European level - Publicise the efforts made and results obtained

Expected Outputs (FR): 3P1:Nombre de sites qui bénéficient du soutien du Programme à travers la mise en œuvre d’actions matérielles et immatérielles.3P2:Nombre de produits culturels et/ou touristiques transfrontaliers créés.

Expected Outputs (ES): 3P1:Número de espacios que se benefician del apoyo del Programa a través de la puesta en marcha de acciones materiales e inmateriales.3P2:Número de productos culturales y/o turísticos transfronterizos creados.
