COMPETITIV’EKO a pour objectif de positionner la coopération transfrontalière comme un outil de la compétitivité des PME d’Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre. Ce projet est centré sur le renforcement de la collaboration transfrontalière entre les acteurs de l’innovation et les entreprises susceptibles d’impulser des innovations technologiques et non-technologiques. Il s’agit de: 1. Intensifier la collaboration transfrontalière entre les entreprises par l’identification d’alliances. 2. Intensifier la collaboration verticale ou transversale entre les acteurs économiques-clés (Clusters, ADE, CT…). 3. Développer des outils méthodologiques et les mettre à disposition des agents économiques pour garantir une cohérence et développer une méthodologie spécifique afin d’appuyer les stratégies entrepreneuriales et territoriales: - Identification des chaînes de valeur et des intervenants associés dans les stratégies de spécialisation intelligente (S3). - Méthodologie pour l’identification des besoins de coopération des entreprises. - Analyse des convergences territoire-entreprise dans la logique des S3. 4. Générer des pratiques durables parmi les entreprises et les acteurs économiques. 5. Réaliser des projets-pilotes transfrontaliers à partir de la création de: - Espaces d’échanges transfrontaliers. - Groupes de travail thématiques/sectoriels (produit, marché…). - Pôles transfrontaliers d’entreprises complémentaires au sein d’une même chaîne de valeur. 6. Partager les bonnes pratiques de collaboration.

COMPETITIV-EKO busca posicionar la cooperación económica transfronteriza como instrumento de competitividad de las pyme de Aquitania-Euskadi-Navarra. El foco del proyecto se centrará en reforzar los modos de trabajo cooperativos transfronterizos entre los actores de la innovación y las empresas que van a impulsar innovaciones tanto tecnológicas como no tecnológicas. Se trata de: 1. Intensificar la colaboración transfronteriza entre las empresas mediante la identificación de las alianzas de ganar-ganar. 2. Intensificar la cooperación vertical o transversal entre los actores económicos que estructuran los territorios (Clusters, ADE, CT...). 3. Desarrollar herramientas y ponerlas a disposición de los agentes económicos para garantizar la coherencia y la metodología específica para apoyar las estrategias empresariales y territoriales. - Diseño de las cadenas de valor y de los agentes que actúan en la misma y en los ámbitos de especialización identificados en la RIS3. - Análisis de convergencia territorial-empresarial en los ámbitos de la RIS3. 4. Generar prácticas sostenibles entre los líderes empresariales y los actores económicos intermediarios. 5. Realizar proyectos piloto transfronterizos a raíz de la creación de: - Espacios de intercambios transfronterizos. - Grupos de trabajo temáticos y sectoriales (producto, mercado...). - Polos empresariales transfronterizos basados en complementariedades de la cadena de valor. 6. Compartir y replicar buenas prácticas sobre cooperación.

COMPETITIV'EKO aims to position cross-border cooperation as a tool for the competitiveness of SMEs in Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre.This project focuses on strengthening cross-border collaboration between innovation actors and companies likely to to stimulate technological and non-technological innovations: 1. Intensify cross-border collaboration between companies by identifying alliances. 2. Intensify the vertical or transversal collaboration between the key economic actors (Clusters, ADE, CT ...). 3. Develop methodological tools and make them available to economic agents to ensure consistency and develop a specific methodology to support entrepreneurial and territorial strategies: - Identification of value chains and associated stakeholders in smart specialization strategies (S3). - Methodology for identifying business cooperation needs. - Analysis of territory-business convergences in the logic of S3. 4. Generate sustainable practices among companies and economic actors. 5. Carry out cross-border pilot projects from the creation of: - Spaces for cross-border exchanges. - Thematic / sectoral working groups (product, market ...). - Transboundary hubs of complementary businesses within the same value chain. 6. Share good collaboration practices.
