CREACITY a pour but de développer une offre touristique attrayante et de qualité liée à la valorisation du patrimoine fortifié de la ville-région transfrontalière Hondarribia-Bayonne-Pamplona. Le projet aborde le défi de transformer le territoire formé par les trois villes en une destination bien positionnée pour attirer le tourisme culturel et d'affaires tout en freinant le caractère saisonnier. Pour ce faire, il définit 4 stratégies conjointes pour les domaines de la restauration durable, la création artistique, l'innovation touristique et la promotion de la gastronomie. Grâce à l'approche transfrontalière, les partenaires pourront être dotés d'une dimension territoriale plus large pour la production de l'offre touristique et pourront atteindre un plus haut degré d'efficacité et d'innovation dans la multiplication du potentiel des actifs existant dans chaque ville et dans l'hybridation de produits et d'expériences. Les bénéficiaires seront, outre les entités locales, l'ensemble de la population, les centres de formation artistique et l'ensemble d'entreprises des secteurs touristiques, culturel, de restauration du patrimoine et de gastronomie. L'approche territoriale adaptée représente déjà en soi quelque chose de très nouveau pour les trois villes. De plus, le projet mettra en œuvre quelques produits innovateurs comme le Centre d'expérimentation artistique de Pamplona, des outils touristiques avec application de TIC, participatif d'expression d'expériences touristiques,etc.

The aim of CREACITY is to develop an attractive and quality tourist offer linked to the recovery of the fortified heritage of the Hondarribia-Bayonne-Pamplona cross border city-region. The project addresses the challenge of converting the territory, which includes these three cities, into one destination; a destination that is well-positioned to attract cultural and business tourism and that will curb deseasonalisation. To this end, it defines 4 joint strategies for the fields of Sustainable Restoration, Artistic Creation, Tourist Innovation and Promotion of Gastronomy. This cross border approach will provide the partners with a more extensive territorial dimension to produce their tourist offer. They will also be able to reach a higher degree of effectiveness and innovation based on multiplying the potential of existing assets in each city and on the hybridisation of products and experience. Local entities will be the main beneficiaries, but the population as a whole, artistic training centres, and all the companies from the tourist, cultural, heritage restoration and gastronomy sectors will also benefit. The territorial approach of cross border city-region that has been adopted is, in itself, something very new for the three cities. Furthermore, the project will implement some innovative products, such as the artistic experimentation centre of Pamplona, ICT-based tourist tools , the participation project 2.0 on expression of tourist experiences, etc.

CREACITY tiene el objetivo de desarrollar una oferta turística atractiva y de calidad vinculada a la valorización del patrimonio fortificado de la ciudad región transfronteriza Hondarribia-Bayonne-Pamplona. El proyecto aborda el reto de convertir el territorio integrado por las tres urbes en un destino bien posicionado para atraer turismo cultural y de negocios frenando la desestacionalización. Para ello define 4 estrategias conjuntas para los ámbitos de la Restauración sostenible, Creación artística, Innovación turística y Promoción de la gastronomía. Gracias al enfoque transfronterizo los socios podrán dotarse de una dimensión territorial más amplia para la producción de la oferta turística y podrán alcanzar un mayor grado de eficiencia e innovación basado en la multiplicación del potencial de los activos existentes en cada ciudad y en la hibridación de productos y experiencia. Los principales beneficiarios serán además de las entidades locales, el conjunto de la población, los centros de formación artística y el conjunto de empresas de los sectores turístico, cultural, restauración patrimonial y gastronomía. El enfoque territorial adoptado, ciudad-región transfronteriza, ya supone en sí mismo algo muy novedoso para las tres ciudades. Además el proyecto implementará algunos productos innovadores como el Centro de experimentación artística de Pamplona, herramientas turísticas con aplicación de TICS, proyecto participativo 2.0 de expresión de experiencias turísticas, etc.
