Tourisme Transfrontalier Fluvial et Soutenable (TTFS) desarrollará una nueva oferta turística transfronteriza: el turismo fluvial, muy desarrollado en la UE pero todavía incipiente en el espacio pirenaico, integrando las cuencas del Têt, Ter, Fluvià y Segre. Se propondrá al turista una experiencia turística atractiva y complementaria de 4 circuitos fluviales del entorno pirenaico-mediterráneo, en el que descubrirá parques naturales, la riqueza de su fauna y flora, la historia y patrimonio, y la gastronomía de las poblaciones a su paso. El hilo conductor de TTFS será la creación de itinerarios fluviales a partir de la interconexión de las vías verdes existentes entre zonas urbanas y rurales. Infraestructuras de acogida turística y actuaciones de potenciación de los ecosistemas fluviales (fauna y flora) pondrán en valor el patrimonio natural de forma atractiva. Al tiempo que se mejora la calidad de sus ecosistemas, se desarrollará el potencial turístico de estas cuencas como un único circuito complementario: actividades de descubrimiento de la naturaleza como competiciones de avistamientos, eventos culturales, jornadas gastronómicas, circuitos turísticos entre las 4 cuencas y proyectos conjuntos de hibridación cultural y dinamización turística. El objetivo es el de articular un único espacio transfronterizo lúdico-ecológico, desde una lógica sostenible y de valorización medioambiental, respetuosa con el territorio y en colaboración con los actores económicos más ligados al río.

Tourisme Transfrontalier Fluvial et Soutenable (TTFS) will develop a new cross-border tourist offer: river tourism, well established in the EU but still largely undeveloped in the Pyrenean region, through the integration of the Têt, Ter, Fluvià and Segre basins. Tourists will be offered an attractive and complementary touristic experience of 4 fluvial circuits of the Pyrenean-Mediterranean region, in which they will discover natural parks, the diversity of its flaura and fauna, history, cultural heritage, and local cuisine. The overarching element of TTFS is the creation of fluvial itineraries through the interconnection of existing green paths between urban and rural areas. The natural heritage will be enhanced in an attractive way through tourist support infrastructures and measures to strengthen the fluvial ecosystems (flora and fauna). As the quality of their ecosystems is improved, the touristic potential of these basins shall be developed through a unique complementary circuit: nature discovery activities such as sightings, cultural events, gastronomic workshops, touristic routes between the 4 basins, and joint projects of cultural hybridisation and tourism dinamisation. The goal is to create a single cross-border space dedicated to nature and leisure, built from the perspective of sustainability and environmental enhancement, in harmony with the territory, with the cooperation of those stakeholders that are closest to the river.

Tourisme Transfrontalier Fluvial et Soutenable (TTFS) développe une nouvelle offre touristique transfrontalière : le tourisme fluvial, très développé en Europe, mais insuffisante au sein des Pyrénées, notamment aux abords des fleuves Têt, Ter, Fluvia et Sègre. Il s’agit de proposer une offre touristique attractive et complémentaire autour des 4 circuits fluviaux au sein de l’espace Pyrénéen-Méditerranéen au travers desquels sera proposée la découverte de parcs naturels, la richesse de la faune et flore locale, l’histoire du patrimoine et la gastronomie des villages traversés. Le fil conducteur TTFS consiste à créer des itinéraires fluviaux à partir de l’interconnexion de voies vertes existantes entre les zones urbaineset les zones rurales.Les infrastructures de loisirs touristiques et lesactions de valorisation des écosystèmes fluviaux mettront en valeur le patrimoine naturel. En parallèle, il est prévu d’améliorer la qualité des écosystèmes en présence, tout en développant le potentiel touristique des abords fluviaux avec des circuits pédagogiques, concours de découverte, évènements culturels, journées gastronomiques, circuits touristiques entre les 4 zones de rives des fleuves avec en projet commun l’hybridation culturelle et la dynamisation touristique.L’objectif poursuivi est d’articuler un espace unique ludo-écologique transfrontalier, respectueuse du milieu en présence et en mettant en relation l’ensemble des acteurs économiques liés aux fleuves.
