Le secteur de l’Artisanat d’Art est majoritairement composé de petites unités employant peu ou pas de salariés. Ces entreprises, économiquement fragiles, apportent une forte valeur ajoutée à leurs productions, grâce à un savoir-faire spécifique et traditionnel. Elles participent ainsi pleinement de l’identité culturelle et patrimoniale du territoire Poctefa, en renforçant son attractivité touristique notamment. L’enjeu de COOP’ART est de rendre le territoire de projet touristiquement plus attractif grâce à une offre qualitative et diversifiée des métiers d’art impliquant solidité économique des entreprises, créativité, dynamisme et promotion collective de l’artisanat d’art. L’objectif général du projet est donc d’améliorer le potentiel artistique (culturel et identitaire) et économique des entreprises d’Artisanat d’Art pour développer le patrimoine culturel et l’attractivité touristique du territoire de projet. Pour atteindre cet objectif, les partenaires espagnols et français définiront et mettront en oeuvre une stratégie globale et partagée d’accompagnement des entreprises d’artisanat d’art vers l’innovation, la qualification et la valorisation de leurs productions sur un marché touristique durable. Ce projet cible principalement les artisans & les entreprises de l’artisanat d’art des secteurs céramiques et faïences, laine, textiles, bois, verres et vitraux, bijoux. Les résultats attendus se traduiront notamment par un itinéraire touristique transfrontalier.

Description (EN):

The Arts and Crafts sector is mainly composed of small units employing little or no employees. These economically fragile companies bring a high added value to their productions, thanks to their specific and traditional know-how. They thus fully participate in the cultural and patrimonial identity of the Poctefa territory, increasing its attractiveness in particular. The challenge of COOP'ART is to make the project territory touristically more attractive thanks to a qualitative and diversified offer of crafts involving the economic solidity of companies, creativity, dynamism and collective promotion of arts and crafts. The general objective of the project is therefore to improve the artistic (cultural and identity) and commercial potential of the Artisan d'Art companies in order to develop the cultural heritage and the tourist attractiveness of the project territory. In order to achieve this objective, the Spanish and French partners will define and implement a global and shared strategy to support artisanal craft companies towards innovation, qualification and enhancement of their productions in a sustainable tourism market. This project mainly targets artisans & craft companies of the ceramic and earthenware sectors, wool, textiles, wood, glasses and stained glass, jewelry. Expected results will include a cross-border tourist route.

El sector del Artesanado artístico está compuesto mayoritariamente de pequeñas unidades que emplean pocos o ningún asalariado. Estas empresas, económicamente frágiles, aportan un fuerte valor añadido a sus producciones, gracias a un saber-hacer específico y tradicional. Participan así plenamente de la identidad cultural y patrimonial del territorio Poctefa, reforzando sobretodo su atractivo turístico. El reto de COOP’ART es hacer un territorio turísticamente más atractivo gracias a una oferta de calidad y diversificada de los oficios artísticos que conlleve a su vez solidez económica de las empresas, creatividad, dinamismo y promoción colectiva del artesanado artístico. El objetivo general del proyecto es mejorar el potencial artístico (cultural e identitario) y comercial del sector del artesanado artístico para desarrollar el patrimonio cultural y el atractivo turístico del territorio del proyecto. Para alcanzar este objetivo, los socios españoles y franceses definirán y pondrán en marcha una estrategia global y compartida de acompañamiento empresarial del artesanado artístico hacia la innovación, la cualificación y la valorización de sus producciones en relación a un mercado turístico sostenible. Este proyecto se centra principalmente en los artesanos y las empresas de artesanía artística de los sectores de la cerámica y lozas, lana, textil, madera, vidrio y joyas. Los resultados esperados se traducirán especialmente en un itinerario turístico transfronterizo.
