ECOCEREAL+ tiene como objetivo general MEJORAR LA COMPETITIVIDAD Y LA COMERCIALIZACIÓN INTERNACIONAL del CEREAL ECOLÓGICO producido en el territorio POCTEFA. El proyecto se ha diseñado para DAR RESPUESTA a una DEMANDA REAL del SECTOR, ya que la actualidad, la PRODUCCIÓN de cereal ecológico en el espacio transfronterizo se encuentra muy ATOMIZADA, lo que supone una gran DIFICULTAD de cara a ACCEDER a MERCADOS INTERNACIONALES que DEMANDAN GRANDES VOLÚMENES de producto y una adecuada TRAZABILIDAD del mismo. ECOCEREAL+ propone el DISEÑO y la CREACIÓN de una PLATAFORMA TRANSNACIONAL de PRODUCCION Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN de cereal ecológico. Se promoverá por una parte, la aplicación de PROTOCOLOS de PRODUCCIÓN de cereal ecológico de CALIDAD DIFERENCIADA entre todos los agentes que deseen sumarse a la iniciativa. Por otra parte, se apoyará la COMERCIALIZACIÓN INTERNACIONAL CONJUNTA del producto de calidad diferenciada obtenido. El principal resultado final del proyecto será el establecimiento de ACUERDOS COMERCIALES entre las pequeñas PYMES productoras de cereal ecológico y clientes que compren los distintos productos. Se trata de una PROPUESTA de trabajo NOVEDOSA e implica una ORGANIZACIÓN DEL SECTOR. El carácter TRANSFRONTERIZO del proyecto es clave, porque es el que va a permitir integrar a un mayor número de agentes y asegurar los volúmenes que requieren los compradores internacionales.

ECOCEREAL + has as general objective to IMPROVE THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS AND MARKETING OF ECOLOGICAL CEREAL produced in the POCTEFA territory. The project has been designed to GIVE RESPONSE to a REAL SECTOR DEMAND, since today, the production of organic cereal in the transboundary space is very ATOMIZED, which is a great DIFFICULTY in order to ACCESS to INTERNATIONAL DEMANDS, which requiere GREAT product VOLUMES and an adequate TRACEABILITY of the same. ECOCEREAL + proposes the DESIGN and CREATION of a TRANSNATIONAL PLATFORM for the PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIALIZATION of organic cereal. Within the framework of the project, the application of PROTOCOLS of organic production with DIFFERENTIAL QUALITY will be promoted among all the agents that wish to join the initiative. On the other hand, ECOCEREAL+ will support the INTERNATIONAL MARKETING of the product with differentiated quality obtained. The main result of the project will be the establishment of COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS between small SMEs producing organic cereals and international customers buying the different products. ECOCEREAL+ is an INNOVATIVE PROPOSAL in the scope of action that is proposed and implies an ORGANIZATION OF THE SECTOR. The CROSS-BORDER character of the project is a key issue, as it will allow to integrate a greater number of agents that will secure the high volumes that the international buyers require.

ECOCEREAL+ a comme objectif global d’AMÉLIORER LA COMPÉTITIVITÉ ET LA COMMERCIALISATION INTERNATIONALE de CÉRÉALE BIOLOGIQUE produit sur le territoire POCTEFA. Le projet a été conçu pour RÉPONDRE à une DEMANDE RÉELLE du SECTEUR car, aujourd’hui, la PRODUCTION de céréale biologique dans la zone transfrontalière est très ATOMISÉE, ce qui engendre une grande DIFFICULTÉ pour ACCÉDER aux MARCHÉS INTERNATIONAUX qui ONT BESOIN DE GRANDS VOLÚMES de produit et une TRAÇABILITÉ adaptée de celui-ci. ECOCEREAL+ propose la CONCEPTION et la CRÉATION d’une PLATEFORME TRANSNATIONALE de PRODUCTION ET COMMERCIALISATION de céréale biologique. Nous favoriserons d’une part l’application de PROTOCOLES de PRODUCTION de céréale biologique d’une QUALITÉ DIFFÉRENCIÉE parmi tous les agents qui souhaitent se joindre à l’initiative. D’autre part, un support sera fourni pour la COMMERCIALISATION INTERNATIONALE GROUPÉE du produit de qualité différenciée obtenu. Le résultat final du projet sera principalement l’établissement d’ACCORDS COMMERCIAUX entre les petites et moyennes entreprises qui produisent le céréale biologique et les clients qui achètent les différents produits. Il s’agit d’une PROPOSITION de travail INNOVANTE et elle engendre une ORGANISATION DU SECTEUR. L’axe TRANSFRONTALIER du projet est le point principal, parce que c’est lui qui permettra de rassembler un plus grand nombre d’agents et d’offrir une garantie au niveau des volumes souhaités par les acheteurs internationaux.

Achievements (ES):

Los objetivos específicos del proyecto son los siguientes: • Apoyar la comercialización del cereal ecológico de calidad diferenciada, poniendo a disposición del sector herramientas útiles que contribuyan a una mejora de su organización. • Promover la producción de cereal ecológico de calidad diferenciada en el espacio POCTEFA. El proyecto ECOCEREAL + nace fruto de las necesidades del sector productor de cereal ecológico en el espacio transfronterizo España-Francia-Andorra, ante una demanda que está en constante crecimiento. Se trata, en general, de un sector productor muy atomizado, lo que supone una gran dificultad de cara a acceder a grandes clientes y/o mercados que demandan grandes volúmenes de producto y una adecuada trazabilidad del mismo. El proyecto, cuya ejecución finalizará a finales de 2020, ha permitido, por una parte, la colaboración y el intercambio de buenas prácticas de producción y manejo de cultivos ecológicos entre productores franceses y españoles. Por otra parte, ha facilitado un acercamiento al sector transformador español, francés e internacional, y una mejora del conocimiento de lo que éste necesita y demanda.

Achievements (EN):

The specific objectives of the project are: • Support the commercialisation of organic cereal of differentiated quality, making available to the sector useful tools that contribute to an improvement of its organisation. • Promote the production of organic cereal of differentiated quality in the POCTEFA space. The ECOCEREAL + project was born out of the needs of the organic cereal producing sector in the cross-border area Spain-France-Andorra, before a demand that is constantly growing. It is, in general, a very atomised production sector, which is a great difficulty in accessing large customers or markets that demand large volumes of product and adequate traceability thereof. The project, the implementation of which will be completed by the end of 2020, has allowed, on the one hand, the collaboration and exchange of good practices of production and management of organic crops among French producers and Spaniards. On the other hand, it has facilitated an approach to the Spanish, French and international transformation sector, and an improvement in the knowledge of what it needs and demands.
